This app is the worst because it doesn't keep a running total. Thia app only gives the balance. It would be great if there was a balance listed along side the transaction. Similar the way Paypal gives a total associated with a transaction.
This app along with pretty much everything else ab Atlantic Union is horrible. For the business banking you can't even log in if you have Tmobile bc once you give them three identifiers they insist on a fourth you can only get by text and you can't get the texts with Tmobile. Have fun!
Updates are supposed to improve functionality right? Recent update(s) have made mobile app experience awful. It constantly forgets my saved credentials, then I get texted a verification code, then it asks me to enter the phone number again that you just texted the code to me at. Seriously??? Who tests this stuff prior to release? How about adding biometric login like all my other mobile banking apps so I can bypass repeating all these steps when I need to do something quickly?
App recently stopped working properly and cannot approve transactions. App has also started freezing in the last 2 months. No ability to transfer funds.
At least 1 check every week cannot find the endorsement during mobile deposits. It takes a picture then does something to it to make it washed out and grainy looking. Was having less cases of this before the last update.
Update is the worst. Can't mobile deposit without crashing phone or taking 10 years. If it's not fixed in a week, we're switching banks. Did no one test the update at all?
Constantly freezing. Constantly having to delete and redownload. Not recommended.
Terrible app, don't show account info when you need it , can't order checks or transfer money.
App says needs update. There is no update in play app store. Then when you do open app and click update it just spends.
App is requiring update but there isnt an update in playstore, so wont update and now completely unusable on Android version.

It's a bit over due, but does everything I need it to. Finally, I can do mobile deposits and save a daily trip to the bank.
"IF IT AIN'T BROKE.......DON'T FIX IT" The previous app was a much better! This one does not even give you a clear balance as to what is in your account? Go back to the drawing board Union Bank!
The April update of this app has led to serious problems with photographing/depositing checks. Long (30 sec) delay after clicking front/back of check buttons, almost to the point where the phone becomes unresponsive. Until this update, this app made my life much easier - now it's largely a source of frustration. Samsung Galaxy S6 running Android 7.0. Please go back to the previous code or debug the new code! Thanks.
