EASY ACCESS
The mobile app makes accessing your pharmacy benefits easier. As soon as you log in you can see all of your recent claims, your current coverage phase, family/member spend, and your member plan information from the dashboard. You can search drugs and learn more about their interactions with your current claims and at the same time estimate the cost of certain drugs at different pharmacies. Don't know where the nearest pharmacy is? No worries, our app can determine your location and route you to the nearest pharmacy in your network.

Like it doesn't exist. My insurance recommended I use the app. The widget shows up but it's like it's not there in my apps list. All their responses say they are working on a fix but obviously they aren't because as a new user I can't actually use it. Shame on them for offering something that doesn't even work from the beginning.
This app has not been working the last few days. It keeps telling me that there is an error connecting to the server. I have unistalled and reinstalled the app. I disconnected the internet and reconnected it and nothing is working.
Every single time I've used the app, it asks me for a username, but I do not recall if I have one. Whenever I try to recover my username, it prompts me for security questions that do not show up, so I can't utilize the app from my phone. Luckily, I can use the PC version and login with my member ID.
There is so many things wrong with this app. Half the time I can't log on, it won't let me change my password because it says my log in info is incorrect, and the last straw is now I can't log in at all because my user name or password is wrong!! Terrible app, there's always a problem with this thing!!!!
i keep getting told to get this app from my insurance to see what's going on with my case and it's completely worthless. It wants me to change my password then doesn't allow me. totally pissed!!!
Unable to log in or change credential. I do see many complaints about the same but looks like no updated solution. Suggested desktop site address in one of the response did not work on edge or chrome 😕
This app isn't working. Every time I open it up, the app stopped. Even after I tried reinstalling it, the results are still the same. Fix it.
ever since it was updated, I haven't been able to log in and it tells me that my information isn't valid. Love the Insurance, but the app has gone downhill.
Keeps saying there was an error communcating with server. I need this app so i can tell my doc. What is and isnt covered under my insurance and this thing doesnt even work. 😡

App is not useable recently only get server error when trying to open have tried clearing data ,cache, and reinstalling useless and you call Meridian and they dont know anything PLEASE FIX Updated Dec 3 Reinstalled now working again Thank You
I can't even get signed in... I've tried multiple times & there's always some kind of glitch.

Needs alot of work I finally got to accept my s/n password no rhyme or reason for not accepting them........ Finally get account set up and log in and it wants to change password....at that point I deleted the damn thing it wasted enough of my time. .....
Google Play shows the app is installed, but I see no listing under Apps for it or a widget on my phone.
App don't work and neither does the website I already have a username and password but when I enter it. It keeps saying create a new account
I got this to keep update to date for my insurance but when I try to register it says to enter a valid RxPCN and I have done that and its vaild it
tried to register, entered member id and it came up member information not found. called meridian and verified info was correct
Disappointed. Couldn't do anything with it. Kept asking me to change my password and no matter what I changed it to it wouldn't let me. Now I just have a headache.

Downloaded the app and couldnt get past the create profile security questions so I uninstalled worthless if u ask me
How can I reset password when I know I put in right answers for security questions and it says they are wrong

Doesnt tell u the right meds are approved or not. Tells u they are approved when they are not approved...
