I just downloaded the app. Its not a tracking app cause it doesnt work. It just goes to the browser instead. Whats the use of this? The tracking in the website doesnt also work. Please fix
No way of input barcode entering to the invoice tracker. Most pickup at home never issue invoices.
I hope I could give 0 star. The company itself sucks! A valuable item was stolen from the Junior box sent to us. They only put a sticker on the other side of the box and leave the other side with just a tape so their personnel can sneak some items. Their customer service is the worst the in world! They cant handle complaints. It is almost christmas and they do what the do best, STEAL! check your package before receiving them or DONT USE THEIR SERVICES ANYMORE ! One day, your business will die!
the app works but consider using a different company. our boxes are 2 months late and tracking hasn't updated. we have no idea where the boxes are. look into maybe umac or anyone else.
First time to use this app and it doesn't work fine. Coz they don't update where the box is. It's been 2months already!
Been recieving my balikbayan boxes from CA, USA since 2013 and have'nt had any problems and kind, polite and courteous delivery men are a plus plus... Salamat Atlas -Leyte Reciever

Website sucks they don't update the website and app it can't track

I type my invoice number and did not find maybe they steal it already its said arive on oct 22 2020 its 3 month now they did not deliver yet whats going on

No star for Atlas, dumating ang box ko June or July bukas then last October bukas ulit just this year 2021, twice in a year? DO SOMETHING ATLAS DONT JUST TAKE OUR MONEY

first time I used this company and so disappointed , I lost my small junior box and no one I can contact and look for it. Thier agent in Manila is not effiecient.The agent in West Covina 's pick up delivery was named Beny...hopefully you can locate for my Junior if not I can do something in California my daughter was so pissed off already he aleady told her husband a lawyer in California
This tracking app sucks! Even their website! I don't know if no one is updating it or they just don't want to update the status of the boxes. The promo picture of the app is good because there's realtime updates. But this one? Nah.. The last update I got for our invoice dated October 3. It says the box ETA in Manila port is Nov 23, but no updates from them, whatsoever!
