The volume on the alert is too low. All my other apps on my phone are loud and there is no place to turn this up in the app itself. I have to wear my Bluetooth in order to hear it at all
I am having an issue with constantly receiving text messages of call light times and I have Uninstaller the app months ago! Can someone please tell me how I can stop the constant text messages.
How do you create an app that wont let you log in? Ask Atmos. You cant log in, the app says invalid user name/password. Yet the website accepts the very same log in info. Tried emailing Atmos about the issue, never even heard back from them.
When I installed the app, it demanded access to my photos, files, and media. I denied it. It would go no further. Nope.
When i want to put my username and password for some reason it doesn't let me type 0 or 7 on the app and i use chase and Gmail to sign in and everything is fine but won't let me press some numbers and screen is fine to
Delays in alarms won't let anyone see the pages going on. Can't reset alarms.
Can't log in have tried several times technical support has reset my information and still can't log in keep getting invalid login or password.
Can't even log in. It wouldn't let me click on my user name. I was able to click on the password. This thing needs some work.

While trying to install the app to begin with it continuously says download pending.... for the past 2 hours!!
very tedious to use; sometimes very long lags between residents activating call button or pull cord and device alert, especially resetting after service; "notes" entered disappear to a black hole of data, never to be seen again, colleagues have no access to notes from each other or previous shifts; unable to reset calls after other accepts; local admins inadequately trained; unable to change password without PIN; developers obviously had no clue what it's like to be a care provider in 2020-2022
