update, RUN AWAY! would unlink at the most important times. Love them. Tech service is spot on and the units are working great. They start the heat on our way up to the home before we get there. We were very disappointed with the first version, but the newer version is working great! SO far so good.
Horrible app. Keep having to reset, reconnect to wifi. I wouldn't even sell these as used! Will be looking for a different brand to install. They look pretty on the wall if you never need to adjust them.
App isn't recognising my password. When I try to change it, it says I need to confirm my email account first. But on order to confirm the email account I have to log into my account. So I'm locked out without ever having been logged in.
Can not connect with thermostat. Tried restarting the thermostat, deleting and reinstalling the thermostat in the app. Nothing seems to work.
Impossible to access. One of the worst apps I've ever came across. If you want wifi access to your thermostat DO NOT buy Atmoz by King.
Unclear, doesn't fit properly on my phone screen, no offer of help if there's a problem.
I can not create an account. I have tried numerous times and I am not getting an email with a confirmation code. I have checked my SPAM too.

Fails to connect to WiFi, or the device, 90% of the time.
The app refuses to connect to the thermostat, and I'll set the thermostat manually, but it just randomly changes temperature seemingly whenever it pleases. I've stopped using the thermostat altogether and opted for a room heater. Much more pleased with the floor heater.
App is basically useless since it rarely connects. Thermostat constantly changes temp and day. The whole system is terrible.
This app is essentially non functional. Initial install allowed me to find my thermostat and make a few changes. No vertical orientation option. If it connected and updated the thermostat, that is. Now, I cannot even edit the settings on my thermostat. Uninstall and reinstall did nothing. Deleting app data cache did nothing. I no longer have control of my thermostat via the app, unless I make another account. Not going to happen. Please re-do this app completely.
This app could be so much better. If you are persistent you can make it work. First problem is not being able to input a private WiFi network SSID, so you either have to use a public one or change yours to public while you set it up. Then, when you're trying to input values into the daily program and copy to other days, it often crashes or won't load. I found if I only copy to one or two days at a time it works better. Still, sometimes it won't even load. Then there's the small annoyance of the horizontal screen only. Finally, in the update on 11/1/2017 I can't even open my programming on any of my 4 thermostats to edit them. Now I have to go find the manual and figure out how to do it by hand. King Electric- you are based in Seattle. Surely you can find a good app developer to help you out!
This app is awful. Extremely slow to load, doesn't even load half of the time, doesn't work in vertical position, sign up is clunky, the whole UI in general is very bad. Get a proper software company to build a better app for you please.
Doesn't seem to work in a vertical position on a phone. A nice addition to the program would be for the app to calculate how much it's costing you to run the baseboard heating. Seems easy enough to do. Additionally, when you're setting up a thermostat for the very first time you need to go in and at least set up some of the initial parameters manually before the app will recognize the thermostat and permit you to proceed further.
Create account is horrible, used facebook login instead. The horizontal only display mode is terrible. Interface is clunky
Setup was a little confusing, but works great after that. And setup was still only a few minutes.
This app is awful. It never works, constantly crashes and the thermostat is always changing times so the temperature settings are never right.
this app leaves a lot to be desired. first the user interface is so outdated and reminds me of windows 2.0 . please get a better gui. look for Honeywell's app as an example on how the user interface should be intuitive easy to use and has all the features. the setup took more time than wiring the thermostat itself and I am not an electrician. app is only in landscape mode . error messages that make no sense. please redo this app.
