App says tobe updated but doesn't do it all. Although I'm logged in still unable to see my booked flight details unless I type in the booking reference! Honestly it's useless, I rather prefer to use the airline apps. ATPI is my working travel agent, definitely this should be working much better. So far so useless. Please improve it!
Fine aesthetics and navigational superiority in design make it pleasing to the eye and mind. It has not disappointed me so far after new releases. If you want to decide the itinerary for travel yourself then this is the app for you 👍.
Pls as mentioned earlier by a customer keep the flight times as per the local airport standard time, rather than modifying it to match the time setting on the mobile device. Or give this choice as an option in setting, "Do you want the flight times adjusted to display as per your device or as per the boarding card/ itenerary?" Option 1 : time as per boarding card/e-ticket/itenerary Option 2 : I want to miss my flight ... Hahaha.
Great app works well. Most annoying thing is having to re-enter my surname everytime i look up my itinerary. It defaults to my middle name.
Lots of clichés in this app. After last update the app stop working all together. It opens but can't sync or connect to atpi. The app needs to be fixed.
Fairy useless. Does not give travel itinerary even though I am already logged in and a reservation has already been made. I have to add journey manually using ATPI ref number to see journey details. However these details are not stored once I close the app and open again, even though I am still logged in. Does not show any of my hotel or airline loyalty cards or account details. These are already stored in my ATPI account. Does not allow me to add any of these to my wallet either. Poor.
The app doesn't work at all, i can never find my flights in itinerary. It should be updated automatically. Also there is no contact email or contact lines at all to ask for a help.
Useless As much use as a toffee teapot. Itinerary not saved. Wrong flights. Asks for a password for the storage of data and has no logical way to set it up.
Well this app wont sync properly with my eprofile, and wont let me login with my email address or user ID. Keeps saying server error when enabling sync with eprofile, i can login to get to my wallet, but just cant get past guest user for love nor money. I have to use the travelhub web site, that works
App used to work fine until a week ago. Now it doesn't show any itinerary. Reinstalling did not solved the problem.
Excellent App for those who travel a lot. Fast and User friendly.
App has a simple design which is easy to navigate. The latest update has got a lot of improvements.

It stops every time I try and bring up my itinerary, I keep reporting but nothing has been done!
Just installed and tried to register. Title is a mandatory field for registration, but the drop-down list to select a title doesn't work, so it is impossible to register a user account, which makes it absolutely useless.
App never stores itineraries, difficult to navigate, not user friendly. Downlo ad CWT app and email the itinerary to them instead
Unable to login, hang-up every time I try.
It don't save itinerary, and when I called ATPI and "tried" asking someone there about this app, they only transferred me to our designated travel person. They can't answer nothing related to the app......
Won't download/store itineraries on galaxy s5
Itinerary and the flight times are displayed relative to the device system time. If I'm in another time zone than my journey will be in, times are misleading with a high potential for loosing flights. This is one of the main functions of the app, so it need to be fixed.
