Attendify

I'd far rather have paper copies of the event presentations so I can take notes directly on them rather than being forced to download them to a small phone screen. The same can be said for the agenda. I shouldn't have to squint to read it, or endlessly scroll from left to right to see what's going on after enlarging the text to a readable level. I also didn't care for the multitude of notifications I got from overly enthusiastic conference participants. I am uninstalling it.

It has been an amazing experience to use the app, receiving updates to the next session like a better-than-normal calendar. Creating sessions, reading about the panels, the panelists, the speaker profile visibility. For me, personally, it's a first app which such intricate detailing. I'm happy and impressed

Just getting started it's got a great smooth flow and it instinctively fits what I need to know. i wish the dictation app was as good . now it's after the conference. I can tell you for a fact if it had not been for this application I would not have been able to navigate and attend all the classes. I had a bit of a flat tire on my right foot and had a little trouble getting around and this app was not a crutch but it was a great help for me saving me steps.

I've been trying everything to download this app onto a Samsung S9+ but it won't download. I did contact Attendify support, but they just referred me to Playstore or Samsung. Frustrating. Finally spoke with a super tech at Samsung who suggested clearing both the cache and data storage for the Playstore on my phone, under settings/apps. That finally allowed the app to download. Clearing just the cache wasn't enough.

I have not used Attendify for long, but so far it has been a good exprience. I love that I can set reminders before an event. It is nice that Attendify allows me to see the schedule for the entire conference or break it up by day. It even shows presenters and gives information about them and their workshops. The activity feed is also nice. Overall, this app comes with several features to make attending an event nicer.

A very helpful app and just what a con as big as youmacon needs to keep some order to the chaos and excitement that the con can be/bring when you know what is going on and where. It is also good to note that the app is more up to date and correct than either the online spreadsheet and the paper schedule when it comes to youmacon at least.

instead of a favorite for a session, it should create a calendar and show conflicts as I missed an incredibly important session as there was overlap that can be visualized in the paper format but not on the app. it should share to other calendars and people so organizatiions with multiple attendees can share schedules. the desktop and the app should share so all the planning I did at my desk would be on the app, too. i wanted to share individual sessions and could not. not even copy paste

I have enjoyed Attendify since downloading the app at a missionary conference in Denver, Colorado. I gained many new friends there, and it's great to have a way to stay in touch with them. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because I would love to have optional links to other's Facebook pages or email addresses.

The app seems to be a functional, if redundant, way to share out schedules. However, there's no apparent way to delete your own account which is concerning from a privacy standpoint. Further, their chat help function on their site is useless - I got a quick and incorrect answer before not receiving any response. Hopefully contacting their online support will help with deleting my account.

It was seamless. But, switching from mini-mode video screen to full-screen (while it was live) buffered a lot, and I missed parts of a live event. Still surprisingly high quality.

Big fan of being able to see the whole list of events at my event listed by time and broken into categories! Super easy to use and great to see people talking about the event and enjoying it as well!!!

Works great! A wonderful easy-to-use app, and it's every interactive. Easy to navigate and write reviews. Everyone should use this especially for conferences or seminars!

I've tried to cancel my account with Attendify. Been emailing for months and no one answers, this is concerning from a privacy point of view. Wish I never signed up! Disgraceful customer service, unbelievable. I would not recommend this service.

I've enjoyed the interaction through this app at our all staff conference. The social aspects and the fact that there is less paper are both good in my eyes. very easy to use.

Having the schedule, speakers' names, bios, presentation attachments, venue map, etc. all in one app is fantastic! Love the Facebook-type feed to connect with other meeting delegates.

Glad itz still available even after the conference ended. contact info is a neat feature! so is putting up updates! Wish it would alert when there's new notifications on the conference I attended. I have 2 manually open the app, click on the conference 2 find out.

It's cool to be connected to your AmexGBT family. It's tough not working and being able to provide but the disconnect from people you spent most of your day with can be crippling. This app makes me feel like I haven't been forgotten like I'm still apart of something great. I'm not sure how this will end I do know this is an amazing company and this app has saved sanity so Thank you.

My experience with the app was great. Just didn't like that my pictures where stolen and reposted to gain more points. But it shows who is unique on here and who is not🤣. Overall great job #COMTO48

Good app to use for communication during conferences... I feel like there could be a lot of room to grow this into a more interactive app.

Easy to use Facebook like app to help attendees remain engaged and connected with other participants.. Also provided the resources shared in each break out group. Loved it!

It has been great! Easy to use, great way to connect during events. The only addition is to be able to upload videos if possible.

i used the app for the ipay conference snd found it easy to use. the only thing i found frustrating was the inability to post short video clips. only jpgs csn be posted. so i had to use facebook to share videos

Not a very clear app. The event was not organized on this app. The event WAS organized well on the organization's website. So I'm not sure what the issue was. It was hard to figure out and navigate in either case.

Have been waiting since September 2018 for my account to be deleted. The fact I can't do it myself is stupid and ridiculous. And the response I've had from Attendify re deleting my account? "Requests like this can take a few months to process and as far as I can see it hasn't been completed yet. We'll be sure to notify you once it's done." That was on 26 November 2018....

Used this for the first time and found it easy to navigate. A nice tool to use if you're trying to eliminate paper agendas, schedules, etc.

I don't see a possibility to export and put my data aside (bookmarks/notes/chat/everything) :( HTML format would be enough. Besides that, uses noticeable storage size - 125 MB for me with only one past event added.

The only real problem I have is that it doesn't warn you for overlapping events. Otherwise, a very useful and fun app for planning out your stay

It knows what day it is, but not what time it is. Always starts at midnight of the day, which is extremely annoying to scroll through every time. Other than that, great app! edit: thank you for the response!

Attendify is the best because my entire convention schedule is on one big list that is easy to read and understand. Day by day schedule is posted along with events make this app a must for convention goers.
