I was told by the salesman the app will show the names of the assets associated with the GPS trackers . it does not , all I see is the GPS tracker ID numbers . which is fine if I want to memorize 11 different serial numbers and try to remember what number goes to which machine . I guess it will let me know if something the company owns is stolen , I'll just have to find out what it is UPDATED My salesman was able to get this issue resolved it was a issue with the installation of the app . I uninstalled and had to wait about 15 minutes and reinstall and I can see the names of all my assets

app works but it crashes constantly

The worst customer service in the world ! Hands down ! No instuction how to install and they blame everything in Covid-19.

Love the app but I wish it would give u more options for tracking than it has. Like with the laptop u can go back to previous days and track along with speed and other options. The mobil app is simple and easy to operate just not the information u get with computer version.

Cant Login on PC or Android app

This shadow tracker system DOES NOT WORK PERIOD! Sales teams does not disclose the fact that IT DOES NOT WORK WITH Mac OS! The system does not work with Mac based systems so if you have a Mac keep shopping to avoid disappointment. For example, we are a service based company with trucks. On one day truck goes to service call for 1hr. and is shown properly on software except number on address is incorrect. Job incomplete. Must return next day to complete the job. The next day the same truck returns to the exact same address BUT in the tracking software it shows truck as being in a completely different address/location (approx 1/4 mile away)!!! Yes. Confusing!!! After several reloads same exact thing!! It constantly shows truck in the wrong location, travel path shows trucks B-lining path through the back of people's yards (not on streets). The Shadow Tracker software also falsely shows stops with address revisited later in the day! MORE CONFUSING and FRUSTRATING!! Click on the stop only to find it gives you the wrong address and street!!! After the my problems were fully and calmly explained, I requested a full refund and they said "NO". Risky business- poor ethics!

It shows the vehicle at a different place and makes a b line instead of the exact route. Very disappointed.

Love it! I can now keep an eye on my possible cheating wife!

not the best company to do business in june they told me that i have to change my devices to newer ones. i mailed them and have not received new ones its almost 2 month but they still charging me monthly fee customer service terrible very disappointed

I love the app.

It doesn't show address anymore. It just says getting location. Please fix ASAP

On nexus 7 I no longer get a city and state on the vehicle list page, I can only see it on the map. And what is the map screen? I type my location as requested, nothing happens. There is never a map there just a blank screen. Between the app opening to the map screen and there not being a city and state in the list screen, I now have 2 new steps in between me and getting a city and state on my buses. Also, while the windows version works great, I use Linux and you guys don't make a Linux version.

This app is even better on my new HTC 1

Seems to work quite well on my S3 and my Asus Transformer Prime. One suggestion, when updates are made, do like other apps do and tell us what's new.
