We have been using the app for just over a year. While it does work for the Seats we have purchased I am having an issue with purchasing new seats for additional employees. We just got an invoice for 2 seats, we had 3 purchased but it is telling me there are only 2 available. In addition there is NO CONTACT info on the website or the App for Help or to contact the Developer. I found an email here on the Play store. We'll see how fast the Developer responds and rectifies our issues. Quickbooks is pushing me to their app so I'm getting close to pulling that trigger. I'll report back what I find out from the Developer. For the Cost there should be Contact info and great Customer Support. Update: The developer did get a hold of me and rectified my issue with the billing. Apparently it times out and the link expires to purchase additional seats. The issue with not having a direct Customer Service link or option in the App or on the website does still exist. I did see that if you do not sign into your account on their website there is a Support button. However, when you sign into your account it disappears. Very weird to not have this option for your paying customers.
Nice app. There is one major problem. In a timesheet option, when you select date and then time if the shift is overnight let say from 2000-0800 then it doesn't allow to add that time. Error shows that clock in time should be earlier then clock out. I can't even add a start date and finish date. I don't know why this mistake. It's unusable without that.
If you use a VPN it won't work. So basically eliminate your personal security, so you can be constantly tracked. Generic response from atto is sure to follow. Easy to circumvent though. Thanks for playing the game!
Picked this up at my employers request. Took me about 2 minutes to start playing with it. This program runs ZERO checks to ensure time is kept accurately. Change your phones time and voila! Youve worked a 42 hour shift in the span of 30 seconds. GPS spoofing works without an issue aswell. If you are using this for your work crew, youd better trust theyre either too honest or too stupid to exploit these weaknesses.
So many good features. Alas it is useless for those who work past midnight as loads of errors are thrown up when clocking in and out for manual input of shifts for initial setup, saying I cant input a clock out that starts before a clock in. setting shift over 2 days doesn't solve this
A confirmation for login in And put would be good as I have accidentally login after login out.
App never mentioned free trial, now I can't clock out because it wants me to pay for it. 5 per month for the same basic features. Should be a once off $20 or something. Cheaper to get a paper time sheet system.
Purchased this app last year for $288. It was pricey and not worth it. I cacncled this last year and they took another $288 out of my account May 29th. Since then it has been like pulling teeth to get my money back. They agreed to give me the money back and said it would take 5-10 buisness days that was 15 buisness days ago and no refund. Do not use this app.
This app has simplified my payroll duties!I have a disability and use the service to help with payroll for a small staff of caregivers. The time clock feature gives me the peace of mind that their time at work is accurate and the reports that are generated through the app give me everything I need to make paying them fast and simple. Once in awhile a caregiver will forget to clock in or out and I appreciate the feature that allows me to edit their times. This is completely worth the money!
So far the app is working and I like its simplicity. The only thing I don't see is i don't have an option to add a rate per hour per employee and integrated the total pay in their timesheet for payroll. Please make it a feature. Thanks
Great time keeping app for my small landscaping business. Lets you clock on for different clients and jobs or enter manually. Simple to use. Exactly what I was looking for. Thanks, Atto!
Great, easy to use, needs internet when clocking on and off, which can be anoying, would be great if it could hold the time information, till it is in service again
You don't need gps, photos, contacts,etc. to start a freaking timer! Come on! "You need to enable gps to clock in?!". REALLY?! I didn't know that's how a stop watch worked! I get it that some people may want this feature so they can auto clock in when they roll in to the parking lot, but it ISN'T needed. And why do you need to know the company I work for, have access to all my phone's content and everything else I can think of to click "clock in"..... Don't be such a data mining troll!
Very useful app. I've just started using it. I wish if they can add ability to add notes to jobs separately it will be great use of. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
Why don't you have a widget? The big coloured buttons are perfect but useless without a widget. Uninstalling regrettably. 😩
At what point was I notified that there was a trial period and then I would be charged a monthly fee to use the app? I wasn't. This information is listed nowhere that I can find. You say this information is provided during sign up but that is incorrect. I never would have started using this app if I would have known. I do like the app but very disappointed when you want to start charging people without being transparent up front.
