The AGXR Attune app lets you control your hearing aids directly from your mobile device. You can change programs, and make simple or more advanced sound adjustments and save them as favorites. The app helps you learn what you can do and how to do it. It can even help you find your hearing aids if you lose them. Last, but not least, you can have your hearing care professional update your hearing aid programs and send you new hearing aid software without taking a trip to the clinic.

Use the AGXR Attune app to:
• Enjoy optimization anywhere with Audigy Assist: Request help with your hearing aid settings from your hearing care professional and receive new settings and software updates.
And use these direct control and personalization options:
• Adjust volume settings on your hearing aids
• Mute your hearing aids
• Adjust volume of your Audigy streaming accessories
• Adjust speech focus as well as noise and wind-noise levels with Sound Enhancer (for selected programs and hearing aids)
• Change manual and streamer programs
• Edit and personalize program names
• Adjust treble, middle and bass tones to your preferences
• Save your preferred settings as a Favorite – you can even tag to a location
• Help locate lost or misplaced hearing aids
• Tinnitus manager: Adjust sound variation and frequency of the Tinnitus Sound Generator. Select Nature Sounds. (Features available in your hearing aids if enabled by your hearing care professional.)

Fails to connect to the hearing aids most of the time. Requires a reboot of the phone to get them to connect again. For hearing aids that cost $7,000 a pair, it's dispicable that the quality of programming is so poor, considering my $30 Bluetooth earpiece connects every single time without fail. Shameful. New update- I worked with the manufacturer tech support for 30 minutes and they tried a bunch of things but couldn't fix it, I don't even think they understand how it works or what is wrong.

I have an AGXR Q-series hearing aid. This app does most everything I need it to do - adjust volume, focus on speech, tinnitus management, etc. But as others have said it is lousy at pairing with my Android Pixel 3. The only reliable way I can get the hearing aid to connect to the phone is to restart my Pixel and then turn the hearing aid on. It is sort of a pain to have to do this every morning. For a 3K+ device you would think AGX could employ Android developers that could do a more professional job. Update : Seems to pay to write a bad review. A day or so after I wrote how bad pairing between my phone and my hearing aid was everything changed. Now it seems the app and my hearing aid are always connected. So I have upgraded my score from 2 to 3.
I love AGXr hearing aids. Love the app. Really disappointed that with the update, I can't stream from my Pixel XL to my hearing aids without the clip. Was really looking forward to getting rid of the clip.
App does not work most of the time, reboot phone, turn off and turn on hearing aids to no avail.
Cannot pair to Samsung Note 8. Limited app without many settings. Very disappointing that app is so poor for a high end hearing aid.
Not impressed, doesn't pair well with Android. Supposed to be supportive of ios but not available on ipad. Why even have it in the Google play store!
Can not get app to pair with my Samsung Note 9 for phone or music. Will only pair with the ReSound link for tv. When is this expected to be working?

Very slow and I don't get connected
Only right hearing aid has sound from phone calls or audio. Previously both worked and sound was awesome. Now it is disappointing to only have one working.
I am 100% deaf in my right ear so purchasing a controllable hearing aid for my left ear was critical for quality of life with family & friends. I LOVE this digital hearing aid used with the Attune app. It is so comfortable, allows me to change settings for different scenarios, and so much more. The charger is a plus- batteries aren't needed and it cleans the hearing aid overnight. There is a learning curve with the app, but once understood, so easy to use. What a wonderful creation!!!
