Was great but since update all I get is login as guest, as soon as I log in properly, linit error due to network. Just awful

Works somtimes hangs when I open app. I have got this app on 3 devices same problem. On all

getting worse now keep waiting then message appear internal error network

Gosh! This is CCTV app! Cctv which if alarm sounds needs to be viewed immediately. Attitude of "heeeey. Chill. I will load after 7 shut downs" is unacceptable. If I ever walk on robbers in my place because I could not see them, I will send you the hospital bill....

This app is excellent. You do need to open a port in port forwarding but when you do it works brilliantly with both wifi and mobile data. You also must make sure you make the dvr ip address static. Go on YouTube there's lots of links showing you how to do this. Keep up the good work guys. I do think there are lots of people expecting it to work without doing port forwarding so it may be an idea to point this out to people before they start. Kind regards. Happy customer.

Hi Guys, this apps working good in mobile phone, streaming shows every single second which rarely in other apps. but having problem with led/smart tv wireless remote view. only one cam appear rather four cams at the same time. can anyone assist. thanks

This app is ridiculous!!! Was able to view over both 4g and WiFi and now all of a sudden 4g viewing has stopped. Tried clearing cache, uninstalled and reinstalled yet nothing. I have contacted support via email yet no response. App is bearable at the best of times. You can't set up an account if your email contains numbers which is a big problem. All we ask for is a little help yet you can't be bothered to even comment back. To anyone wishing to use this app is would highly recommend using something else.

Only works on local wi fi 0 star's don't buy dvr that uses this software for for xmeye it's the best WiFi and 4g anytime always connected

Can't complain. I log in as guest and works fine on galaxy s7. All 4 in landscape would be nice but otherwise it's a cracking app. Well done guys.

This only works on wifi same as dvr is connected too. Doesn't work on 3g/4g, this was the best app.

When I try log in it says user none exist. Tried to retrieve but doesn't work. Pls help.

This app is crap don't bother you have to set up port forwarding and then it only works sometimes.

This was a great app but in the last 3weeks it has been no good to access cameras as it keeps giving me a (cannot communicate with server 1000) it was good does not work any more

What a load of crap, when it let's me see the cameras I should get a lotto ticket, have to put the password in every 2 minutes and wait to see if it is going to work, pity my system will not work with anything else..

Can not even get the app to run. When i click the icon, the screen blinks and the desktop appears. App doesn't run.

This app is rubbish. I can't access my cameras with 4g .does anyone know how to set it up so you can access it with your mobile network .

Very convenient but the only problem is after buffering the video keep flashing hope will solve this problem asap. Phone : Mi max

Best mobile DVR app I've used yet. Allows for realtime viewing and playback. Doesn't not act up as much as Zmodo. Easy to setup.

Some time was not connected and very bad apps I'm so disappointed with this app

Couldnt get the app to work on 4g for 3 wks tried it again today with same settings worked twice and now all of a sudden they wont connect via 4g again 😔 it says the cameras are online but the cameras just timeout on the viewing screen 👎😔

The latest version is having problems to connect (network error)

When im using it on my home netwotk it works fyn, but on other wifi network the live screen lags n stucks n play, though i have good connection wifi.

Stopped working after the latest upgrade but several days later resolved itself!

Can't connect on 4g/3g , downloaded iPhone app on my work phone and works great..come on android sort it so it works on my s6😠
