It's a new idea and new services and needs development, But it's the best because it's a corporate company not a business company And every members (every drivers) try to improve their business by presenting great attitude and reliable rides. I wish them all the best and I love it.

By the people for the people, not corporate
Worst customer service ever, and it never came, I called they said there is not car available of your request type. I booked 2 days ahead of time. They don't even alert me ahead of time. I ended up up driving my own car and parking at airport expensive parking. I booked large van for airport as I need to bring 4 kids and do not want to carry 4 car seats therefore I booked taxi for the first time, Uber works just fine if there is no car seats required in Uber.
