You are doing a great job guys.. But you have to make it more faster and efficient. This app still needs so many improvements. It is too slow than other similar apps available. Sometimes it seems stuck and hangged. Kindly go for it. We truly believe that you guys can make it no. 1 banking app in google play store. Thanks & Regards.

Just not able to login into mobile app with the same corporate user credentials that i have for web. It's so troublesome to go near my laptop everytime and open it just to check bank accounts. On the other hand, check apps of Kotak or any other bank, they do hundred times better with UI/UX and also with the functionalities that they provide. At least guys get a good tech, design team on board, else I can get my team to work on the tech part for you.

This App is a package with one stop solution for all needs. It not only supports Banking and financial transactions but also give ease of flight booking, Cab Booking, Bus ticket booking, Hotel Booking, taxation related services and many more valuable features. Great job Team AU. Best wishes !!

Very pathetic app. Not even a 20% compatibility with other private banking apps. Password reset option works only once on 10 times. Inspite off submitting correct password login didn't happen.

Kindly update your app. Worst experience, whenever i login it shows username and password are invalid but its not, it never allowed me to do any transactions on time☹️

They don't deserve even singal star rating. It's 3 day to submit documents for savings account opening. But no confirmation msg received till the time. I called the salas officer thay told me it's take time to account opening due to I order printed cheque .but I have already take my kit with cheque book. After that 3 call he finally send me screen shot of account activation.but my deposit balance not showing. And other problem with this bad AU bank app .... getting error.

Very pathetic app I guess I have made the biggest mistake by opening account in this bank. In today's era, we are relying on online banking but this app is so pathetic that you can't even log-in after entering the right username and password. Better you guys work on the app's UI

Worst app I have never ever seen app like this no single use but problem are more login problem I forgot counting that how many time I have reset my password and id. payment problem when I put amount in the column ,currency problem occur After every 10-15 min it log out automatically and again from beginning I have to start that work and I am totally filled up and From today I will not use this app very very very very very very very very poor app and I suggest not to use

If you make a fixed deposit through this app, the nominee is not added, nor is the interest if you want quarterly. Monthly requirement. It is required on maturity. That too does not come in it.

Worst banking app If you trying to login it will never happen .. wastage of time..least responsive app ... and irony is that if you input with correct credentials it shows error.what is this?? Such a ridiculous and irritating app

One of worst app I am not login even single time. Always showing your password or username incorrect when I change password and filled information it's shows your information is incorrect. This is disgusting Au Bank

Biggest scam after downloading & everything when I'm trying to login for the first time they are like information incorrect. Please use fincare small finance back much better & better service. They call to get everything end to end . Here been a week not a single call from this people. PleZe don't waste time by downloading this

I am unable to see my bank's IFSC code. I am also not able to access my e-debit card from the app. When tired to access help, it opened a browser with a 404 error. Not a very good experience.

A lot of improvement is required in the so called App. I wonder how could you guys even call it an app when it is no good than a browser. Kindly work on improving the app as well as Website.

AU Bank is superb in terms of account opening and servicing through their branches. But their mobile app is just pathetic..it still asks for Internet banking credentials rather than convenient options of 4/6 digit PIN or biometric authentication which just kills the overall experience . Disappointed with their mobile app which forced me to open another account in a competition bank.

Wrost App not working properly and also your account details are not safe i register many time and when i login the application shows wrong details of login. so the app quality was very poor.the bank want to show that they also have application like the other banks haveing but corporte they are not making fool like you so please improve quality of your application if you can.

this is ok app, try to improve more in technical as well as UI perspective view. sometimes it shows 404 error after logout and clicking back button.

Not a worthy app. Does not have any facility. 15G, Interest certificate, deposit breaking facility and so more. Always does not mini statement. Reflects only same day transactions.

Worst ui, pls tell the company owner to open an account personally and try to login. It is such a pain in .... to log in into the account everytime. We have to shove up all long username and password each time we login. No fingerprint or no short passcode way to login. App is also full of Buggs. regret why I opened the account.

There is no facility to open recurring deposit through app. also you cannot view your recurring deposits through app. App not upto mark in comparison to other banks.

Best UI ever .. Au bank mobile application is really useful and helpful for net banking and provides you ease and comfort as anywhere banking feature . Multiple payment option is one of its key feature .. overall loved this application ❤️✨

All thinks are good but bill payment like other bank credit card or mobile bill or light bill etc cannot pay from these app. Due to these we needed to transfer money from these accounts to other good bank.

This app doesn't have IMPS feature which is need of digital era. Update it to also add feature like atm pin generation, manage atm card, Interest certificate etc.

Not a compaq application many option required to be included like 15g/h form and many others......and also last update released on 20 April it's almost 3 months..... Need to release update fast and also fd breaking feature is also missing which is basic

Procedure of login is very hard. We have to use username as given by bank. At the time of login always shows that password or username is wrong though reported correctly. It is not possible to use this app at first instant
