Worked fine before, now broken since a recent update for >1 month. I can't even order a bagel because it demands I select a "toast" option which isn't present.
It used to work just fine before but since the update the menu is extremely limited. You can not even order an expresso drink of any kind. Please fix the problem
problems often. incorrect times listed of locations. sometimes locations not even listed. sometimes it wont sync with the gps
Flat out doesn't work. An error occurred while updating. Could not contact the server.
Fantastic experience! The app was easy to. Navigate and the food was prepared as requested
One of the worse apps I've ever used. Even the store personel was confused when they tried to help me.
The online ordering app does not work at all and I am located right across the street from this place.
order is always wrong, seems no one checks the receipt before producing a sandwich
Map does not work and there's an ABP 300 feet away from me.
Worst they never have my food ready when I come to pick it up.
Rejects valid amex cards. Poor payment management, no google pay
Sucks. Keeps telling me to log in again
can't find a specific sandwich
All soups not listed
Everytime I pick up my order it's incorrect. I find myself going back to have my food re-made.
App works well but unable to make payment options before ordering... Also i expect other payment methods in the app like Google wallet or PayPal...in store offers nfc (Google wallet)...
Every time I've used it my order has been incorrect. Something missing or made wrong. What's the point of grab and go if you have to stop and check your order every time?
Quick, accurate, and a great time saver.
The app does not include the full menu. There are no salads or soups. What is the point of ordering ahead if half the menu is not available?
Typically, I am happy with Au Bon Pain and using the app. Today, I am not happy at all. I ordered and paid for a Latte and got a regular coffee. There is a price difference between the two and I don't like paying for things I don't get. Had I not needed to be at work ASAP, I would have kicked up a very loud fuss but the whole reason I use the app is to save time and not be late for my job. Au Bon Pain needs to do better.
Convenient but clunky. Needs improvements: 1. More than 20 characters for special instructions, 2. Shorter (5 or 10 minutes) intervals for ordering in advance, 3. More intuitive process for saving favorites, 4. Ability to pay with PayPal, instead of having to store credit card information.
So disorganized. The staff knows nothing about the app or how to help guest with questions. Also there's no where to cancel a order even if you call the store they don't even know. Got charged for a sandwich twice because they don't know their stuff.
App is good, but in store service is bad and it may take 30 minutes to get the order ready while the app says 10.
Always out of soy milk and random ingredients, or the toaster's broken, the latte machine is broken... annoying when you order something and can't get what you ordered... and then they fuss when you want a refund.
Only improvement I can think of is to update the nutritional information automatically after an order has been customised. Other than that, worked perfectly for me!
The app is ok but the restaurant didnt make my salad correctly and there isn't a way to contact them directly for a review.
It's not the app that's the problem. It's the translation of the items ordered to the store. I got a bagel that wasn't toasted, a bagel with no cream cheese, and a club sandwich that wasn't toasted. Those were the three times I tried to use this...
I just ordered 2 sandwiches. Got both breads wrong. And order was late even though no one was in store when my orders were supposed to be being made, which almost caused me to miss my train.
Order isn't always submitted... Mass confusion in the store. App is okay, fulfillment needs work.
Skip the headache and go to panera. The app isn't synchronized with the stores so there's a 75% chance what you ordered isn't available. This means using the app frequently takes more time to use than ordering at the restaurant because the poor store front employees have to fix the mistake once you get there. If you have food allergies you will likely be leaving empty handed, but only after waiting for their employees to refund you.
