This is supposed to be okay but it's really a hassle when the app has bugs and doesn't let you log in. I tried reinstalling thinking it would fix it, then suddenly I have to submit a document to the physical branch? The heck. I don't know what's the point of that, they could at least just try something else to verify that it's the same device that doesn't require you to go outside. On the flip side, withdrawing/transferring from different account/platform is fast and free. I guess that's good.

This app is still a messed. My online access was locked because of this app for 2 years. You should be fixing this, because it seems that it is very unreliable which might easily hacked and even the rating of this apps could tell but dev tech seems to have no care or they just simply not knowledgeable of what they are doing

Your loan application needs an improvement. Whenever I try to click the upload document, the app goes back to home page which basically means all the fields I've filled up is gone. Why don't you enable an auto save feature to avoid this kind of mishap. It's annoying to type everything over and over.

Very nice. Easy to use. Very complete. Recently there is an update. But overall experience is outstanding. I have several online bank apps , so far AUB mobile/online is the best, and some of you just need to contact your Domicile/mother branch of account if you encounter problems, this way AUB is safer. #aspirelikenoOther

Waste of time and energt. Very Disappointed on this application. I try to upload my documents many times but it goes back to the home page. This is just a Waste of Time.

I am really disappointed with this app. how come my account number is not found when in fact it is the account number texted to me via sms from AUB. Pls advise for this app to be needed update.

This application have a very useful, real time and customer-friendly notification for every transactions and reminders for payment deadlines. It is way better than some of the other banks app. Thank you so much for your excellent service! Keep on improving! 11/06/19, I subscribed in an application I am using to be able to use all it's feature using the card. Seconds after the transaction, I received a call from the bank verifying if it was valid. AUB is taking security and safety seriously! ❤👍

Easy to use and very convenient apps.

It is really frustrating. If we only have a choice. Prompting to change the password, if u change it, u need to add special character, if u add it it will.prompt shouldn't have special character. Goodness! Also if u want to retain ur old password, the error message is "invalid, too short", it will not push through as well. If u call their customer service, still not helpful. Telling there's an issue reported but no TAT is given. If u have a choice, just choose a different bank!

There is no upload document feature. You always have to take photo of your documents. I have a pdf copy of said requirements but I can't upload them in the application for a car loan.

enrolling new account is not working... cleared cache, cleared data, install-uninstall nothing works.. when i try to take photo, the camera does not open event permission has been granted...

Error: A network error has occured. Please check your network and try again. Have working Internet on my phone. Tried data plan and wifi. Restarted my phone and reinstalled the app. Still not working

It would be great if we have a way of saving bank account details as templates, so we don't have to keep typing account numbers which can lead to losing money

The worse online bnking ive ever experience.. I try to enroll online banking then i fillout all the forms but it keep saying the acct. no is cannot be found.. Which i input the right one.. Haiiissstt.. Hassle super.. The purpose of online banking is for you to save time to go to the bank, but it seems like ur mobile banking is really frustrated..

Please fix your bug system, OnePlus phone or any model of it cannot take pictures when I want to use in mobile banking for registration.

I can't access the app for whole day. I can't even transfer funds or view my account if the money I deposited is credited. They don't even notify their clients if they will do their system maintenance. I always experience this whenever its payday. It is so frustrating. You can't even talk to their Customer service representative.

I could've given 2 stars, before the transaction details in your history doesn't work or there's always an error loading it. But since the last update it is already working now! One thing more is the cheque display is not working in mobile app only in online version, hence the 4 stars.

I'm giving you 2 stars since it's super hassle to setup the online banking app. It still needs to sign a form before activating your request or what. And regarding the changing of password, it is really hassle for me. It is requiring a password with special character and when i included a special character in my password, it says no special character should be indicated. It's really confusing and hassle. I'm very disappointed. :<

I can't use the fingerprint option. It would always say "Authentication Failed" after a split second of showing the input fingerprint dialogue (You won't even be able to see it unless you keep pressing the retry button).

Reliable app. Really useful and has everything you expect from a bank app. I like that you can transfer to any bank, even to non bank money apps like gcash and paymaya. Only thing I don't like is it makes you change your mobile banking password every once in a while. So annoying ang counter-productive.

Ever since you upgraded, i have not been able to get into the app and transact online.

The token key generator is obsolete and additional cost to online users. HSBC had the same security device 10 years ago and the scrapped it afterwards. Most banks implemented OTP thru SMS, email, or device authentication which is more convenient to users and if not better, provides the same level of security. Hope you can implement the same.

I HATE THIS APP!!! The most sensitive mobile application ever!!! Not user friendly at all compared to my other online bank applications. So many issues. I hope you fix this, changing password problem, it says invalid format need special character but when I put special character it says, Invalid format must not contain special character.

Should be no star at all! Among all bank apps, this is the worst. You cannot register directly. They will send you a form thru your email, will ask you to print it. Sign on it and scan and email it to them. All the comments are the same. It's really time consuming. I hope you can be considerate & not let your customers go thru the hassle. Not really helpful. AGAIN, NOT EVERYTHING CAN BE DONE THRU THIS APP. I STILL NEED TO AFFIX MY SIGNATURE. HASSLE! Please hire a better IT for your app. 👎👎👎
