New app doesn't work on Samsung s20. It shows security alert. I tried everything clearing cache and Data and reinstalling, but still se security error, app can't run on your phone. The previous version working fine for me.
Problem accured when I want to login , it was working perfect but I don't know what happen now. And message appear "SECURITY ALERT This device does not meet the minimum security requirements for this application. Hence the application has been closed. Please contact the app publisher for more details."
Very bad compared to the old version. It became unreliable at all Always crashing and data is always missing
Opened a new account through this app a week ago. I could not apply for ATM card through this app even after credited required money. It failed to deliver OTP. Also changing the mobile number will take dsys😡 while other bsnks takes just two minutes.. Far behind from competitors.. Not satisfied.. Sorry..
An error occured showing I try almost 8 times. But tired to apply again and again. I was very interested to do this apply . But I think it's not sufficient .
Very bad application several times trial for password change and not respond and.. I talked to call center to inform It to solve the problem and not solved more than one month
Very slow, doesn't allow option to search for your Payee, doesn't integrate with Telephone provider to fetch the bill directly into the managed Payee.
Can't even register or open this app...shows blank screen. Worst experience👎
very wrest app always not working please fix this problem so I can manage my account and bills
Need more options,downloading statements,locking the ATM card temporarily,changing the ATM card pin,editing personal informations like email mobile number etc.
The app is not working on my galaxy note 20. Says phone doesn't meet security requirements. Develops please resolve this issue

Service is awesome but transaction is not more secure. (like no OTP or reconfirmations )
The new update looks better but very very slow, please we want the older version
Bad app for opening new account which its supposed to be easy.. taking selfie for face recognition took too much time which made me decide not to open an account in AUB
To be honest it's not as helpful as the other banks apps and it's a little complicated

I really regret having gone for this app because I lost the image I had for AUB. It has proved to be so unreliable when you want to transfer money in an emergency! It's been 4 days now ...every operator says a different thing. You follow them each time but ultimately the rest is nothing . It's so frustrating!!! Finally I have become debtor because I had to get someone else to remit the amount for me. Can someone please suggest how money can be remitted to India online ??
