App is useful to book parking, but as soon as I go to review profile or check transactions it takes me to a login screen on a web browser. Unfortunately Auckland Airport Parking will not accept login credentials when using Chrome (the only browser on my Android mobile, but I have the same issue when trying to log in via a laptop/PC or iPad using Chrome) and on entering my details and submitting, the site just presents me with the login page again.
Modest capability, very average and uncoordinated UI, but biggest flaw is the fact that parking bookings made through the app have to be manually imported in to trips in the app. Very second rate.
It's good to know when we need to leave the house. Would have been better if the app told us ahead of time that majority of cafe and shops in domestic were before security. We've checked in and past security with 30min to "explore" one shop.
Requires multiple logins between screens and gets itself tied up switching between my parking bookings ( highly useful btw) and Manage my Parking. It is also missing ome of my upcoming parking bookings and unclear who to contact, either Strata or Parking ?
No flight arrival info due to "covid schedule changes". Honestly get your s*** together and update the schedule. How are people supposed to keep up with arrival / departure changes if not for the app. Useless.
Have had problems in the past with this app trying to book car park at Auckland Airport which was fixed but now unable to use again. Very frustrating
I've uninstalled this app because it doesn't work now. I'm not going to upgrade my phone / Android version just to get this app working!
Seems basically untested and unusable for what I wanted, as I tried to book parking and unable to; app popped up errors preventing me from continuing
good until you havent logged in for 90 days and it tells you to sign in but you cant because the screen stays white out so havent to uninstall and reinstall all the time
Says you need to sign in but never ever presents the sign in screen!! Got sick of looking at a blank white screen, even waited over an hour for it to present!
Poor app!!Need a degree to navigate, wifi at Auckland airport is a mission, come on wake up and smell reality.
didn't show the real flight departure/arrival time, just the schedule time. useless.
Had heaps of trouble getting it to work in Auckland airport to take advantage of the wifi offer.
Since the App now requires Android 5.0 I can't even use the app ....... most phones out there are still on 4.42 so why would Strata deny hundreds of users? Would you please go back to the 4.42 and above. Thank you.
First time when scanning the electronic QR code at a food outlet shows incorrect code. Unable to use the QR code.

Can not download or install the circle has been going round for hours.
Nice app, keeps you logged it so easy to get to your Strata ID when at the airport. Only two negative comments which hopefully will be getting fixed. 1) I have booked parking through the website, but these do not show in the app. Why not? There is no ability to add an existing booking, so logically it should be synchronised (isn't it the same account?). 2) I connected my TripIt profile with the app, which has my full schedule, but my schedule is still shown as empty. There doesn't seem to be any option to confirm that the two are connected. I have restarted my phone but still have these same issues.
