Took 3 minutes to get past the sign up screen. Then failed to load the credit card details (double checked correct details). Attempted to make a booking anyway, no way to add comments in the app such as the name of the hotel I'm at. All in all would've been faster and more straightforward to phone them.
Did not work. Booked 30 mins when i needed it. And again after it didnt show. No confirmation 9f location of taxi. Failed on a Samsung s7 phone (all phone systems were on eg data etc) simply was not able to rate it higher than a 1 when its failed
Great app. Currently the departing address only allows GPS destination. It would be handy to have the ability to manually set departing address. This was be handy for planning trips ahead.
So difficult to use. Took 4 attempts and a reinstall of app to load credit card details. Selecting departure and destination address was difficult. Only saving grace is the taxi service which is good.
Book half day before we need the taxi. No taxi showed up at booked time, rang them and they say they were sourcing one for us while I was on the phone and they asked me to call back in 15 minutes if still no show. Seriously? 15 mins mean we could miss the important appointment. Could not they source the taxi earlier and let me know earlier?
Slow to load, not all drivers are familiar with it. Not clear how you get a tax invoice. Recommend phoning rather than using app and Uber's app is far superior.
Tried to register by email, got sent no email. Tried to register by SMS, got sent no SMS. When I say 'unusable' I'm not being hyperbolic about how bad it is, I'm saying it doesn't let you use it.
Doesn't work at all. Keeps timing out, setting a new password is over http and not https. Can't log in. Complete waste of time
A horrible app I'm only using because they are a good company and I have to use them for TaxiCharge chits. But between this being local only and a really bad UI if I could use someone else I would.
Terrible. Won't load, and if it does, and actually signs me in, it takes almost 30min to book a trip. Sometimes I get a confirmation, sometimes not.
Just hopeless. Takes ages to sign in, doesn't track vehicles properly, crashes constantly. Would give a negative * review if I could
thank you for a very easy to use app, I always struggle to find taxis when I come to Auckland so this app is really good.
I couldn't even sign up. I have a hyphenated name and the app can't deal with that so that's one app I won't be using.
Drivers of Auckland Coop Taxis Your app sucks, you need to partner with uber or ola. You taxi share will go up 100k if you do that. You need make your drivers diversify their portfolio as a self employed taxi drivers in the long run. Your drivers needs to constantly work hard and learn. Prepare for the future
Cannot finish the registration process, as I never received the SMS registration code.
Disappointing Service. They only drop you if it's far distant you're traveling. They ask if you're sure you have money I mean wth obviously you wouldn't take a cab if I didn't have money

Super buggy and embarrassing. It won't start if I have headphones plugged in, likely because it needs to play its cringy honk-honk applause sound effects OUT LOUD. Auckland co-op taxis says you can 'book and track' your taxi, but the tracking never works. The driver still has to call me to say they're outside, which makes me feel like a jerk. And the design is really ugly and weird. But I don't fully blame blue bubble. This developer is obviously a rip off artist and should feel bad and ashamed.
The previous version worked fine but the new one is clunky and difficult to navigate. A step backward
Not sure who did usability testing, it is unintuitive and rather awful. Probably better than the old one though which isn't a compliment.
Won't load any further than the splash page. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, tried restarts but nothing. Have given up and uninstalled.
App just sits there "Searching" and doesn't complete an order. Tried many times and it's just easier to phone 3003000
Can download. But con't signup. Comes up with all sort of error messages. Last error message is about my email not associated with an account. No instructions. Noone reply emails. No support. Every time I book a taxi I get a text about an app that don't work. Fix the bugs before you promote & want customers use the app.
