Auction Bid Sniper for eBay - Baytomat

Helped me win what I really wanted more than 50% of the time in some tough bidding wars. The ones I didn't win usually went into the overpriced territory. Worth every penny - has saved me quite a few dollars. Simple to use. Follow their instructions! Also- know the absolute maximum you're willing to pay for an item. Different days and times require modified bid times. On slow days and times, I've won with a 3 second bid time. They don't take points if you don't win!

I have been using this for years.. I have always won using this app.as long as someone else hasn't already placed a higher bid. No more waiting and watching until the last couple of seconds, and then hoping that I didn't have a slow connection at that moment. Just set my high bid and when I want it submitted, and walk away. Come back later to claim my item.

Okay first impressions look great.... However I set up my first snipe which cost 7 credits...... You get 10 free. I then tried to buy more and realised its £80 euros for 100 credits..... Now I want to bid on say 15 odd items.... That would cost me around 100 euros???? What if I lose the auctions which most will be....? Wayyyyy to much to pay.... Especially if you're a daily bidder. This is good for that once in a blue moon bid.

Should have been 5* but... The app is great, the ability to set the snipe at 1 second is genius! I have won so much due to the app. Now for a complaint/moan/vent.... I really don't understand why you have to pay for snipes after the first couple. I think that because you're charging people to use the app is a big let down for me. There's another sniper app that works really well too and they DON'T CHARGE FOR SNIPES therefore I tend to use the other app more than this one.

It doesn't work out every time, but it does work, every time. Sometimes people bid crazy high and if you're not ready for it, no amount of sniping is gonna make the difference. This is a good edge though.

DON'T USE THIS APP!!! I set up the entire process and triple checked it to make sure it was right. This app never even attempted to make a bid. Lost the bid because of this app. I would have won being that I bid more than the winning bid. Onced opened again to see what happened, my item wasn't even on the bidding screen it got deleted. Very pissed off! Don't trust this company!!!!! Also the guy who developed this app will make excuses for all the bad reviews as Spam. Totally Fraud SCAM!

So far 2 bids that won at a price I was comfortable with. The best part is I don't have to remember to be present for the bidding. One of the bidding was won at 2AM my time. That by itself is a tremendous help. In fact, it was an item I really wanted, so I was actually present to watch baytomat do it's thing. Impressive, so fast and accurate in execution. So I'll continue to use it especially for items I really want.

I wanted to win one specific auction and I did but I placed one bid myself 10 secs before end and had a bit higher bid entered in the app to be placed 3 secs before end. You can't bid against yourself on ebay so this worked like a charm. I won and saved money as I was willing to spend about 30% more than the winning amount but didn't have to. The app works. I would use it again as backup.

I've tried a few apps in the past, but this one is the best hands down. I've won almost every auction. The ones I lost were from my error in estimating value correctly. It's super easy to link with eBay. I'd recommend everyone to try you won't be disappointed. I must add this is the second time I've ever felt so strongly about reviewing an app.

App didn't work. Set up the ebay item and max bid. And the sniper app did not bid at all. Screenshots available. The item sold for less than my max bid. The sniper app then said that it hadn't sold due to reserve bid not being met. However, when looking on eBay the reserve bid had been met. And after contacting the seller the item did in fact sell. I had a poorly little one and was trying to bid for Christmas. It may have been a fluke, but won't be risking the app again :(

So far so good. Clearly explained this is a paid service (they give you a free trial) and no login/registration issues. I have my first snipe set, so I will update the rating if it goes through as it should. Edit: Lost the bid due to my price being set lower than another bidder's reserve, but the application did its job.

Absolutely pointless. Didn't work. The app thought the auction I was watching was still going 3 hours after it ended. Either the interface is unclear, leading to user errors, or it simply doesn't work. Which one is irrelevant, it doesn't achieve what it was designed for so isn't fit for purpose.

Grateful for this, however have had an issue with seeing free shipping when it is actually only local pickup. Not sure why. So double check ebay until they fix that but other than that it is very helpful to winning auctions and not being able to check every notification that eBay sends from your watch list.

Great results from the baytomat app, I've used my free bids to secure wins in all but one of my bid attempts, the one I didn't win were due to a higher bid being placed and not any fault of baytomat, which given a realistic maximum bid, will result in a five second bid and an inevitable win. I will be buying more bids for future use and will look forward to more wins, without having to be there placing a manual bid at the auction end time, knowing that baytomat will do it for me automatically.

I thought it was good based on reviews but login wasn't overly clear whether login into eBay or just their platform, and once that's all over and you finally get the setup, they CHARGE YOU for each bid via some ridiculous credit system. Put that in your first line of description because there is plenty of free ones around. Cheers for wasting my time

Incomprehensible. First, the links for log in and for register didn't work. Wouldn't let me register. So I went to change password, that link did work and I set a password. Then logged into eBay, choose my item, and was told to log into Snip first. Never heard of Snip, not in the faq. Tried to find it but was told to log into eBay again. Wackarama.

Absolutely stunning but I don't think I can justify the charge for the credits as I buy a lot of small bitty stuff, rather than big ticket items. They should consider not charging for sales under £10, like some of the alternative apps out there.

Loved how easy it is to WIN auctions. The only way to bid. Won all three actions I bid on...set your max price and sit back and relax. This is a neat application...well worth the money; especially if you win an auction. If you win one auction you will have paid for the app

I usually don't do this, but this is a Great App! 2 Auctions/bids - 2wins! Easy and Its saves money You don't get anything for free, but you can win for the best price possible(as long as someone isn't using a similar program) your odds are greatly enhanced. This is a No Brainer! I won't ever bid again without using the Auction Bid Sniper for eBay.

Works well. I can't fault the app. As others have said, you need to take your time and understand how the app works. You can give the app access to your eBay account for easier search from items you have in your watch list or you can search with the eBay item number of the auction you want to bid on.

Needs work. Requires returning to main screen each time in order to enter auction info--should permit this from auction list. Uses non-secure connection to verify eBay credentials. Cannot set buffer size in settings--this means you have to reset each time you enter auction info. App continually throws "network not detected" errors when connection is strong. App consumes bid credits when placing snipe orders rather than when auctions are won--this is astonishing! Pretty expensive too. Easy 2 use

Constantly requires me to log in again, like twice a minute. First use it intuitively imported my eBay watch list in it's entirety. Since then I can only import one auction at a time with the auction number. Too much work, time and effort for this app.

Works great. I like being able to enter my max bid to snipe at the last second and not have to actually watch the auction. It's also nice when in areas of not having an good internet connection as it bids for you. Buying credits is worth i. You'll end up saving money.

Easy to set up, easy to use. Set and forget. Also convenient group bids (be nice if it allowed separate prices for items in a group, but no). Easy to delete planned bids prior to their submittal to Ebay a few seconds before the auction ends.

Excellent app. Effective bidding. Update: 18th September. Today baytomat suddenly said my eBay password was wrong. It's still working as it should in Ebay and it's a long complicated one. Rebooted and Baytomat is still failing to log me on. Update 27th September: Working correctly now. 😊Thank you. Place your bid and forget it. Most times I've used it, I've won the item. Very happy.

I recently started using this app because the one I was using ceased working on my Mac. I have found it baytomat easy to use, I like it's interface with Ebay and the pay as you go point system with it's "pay only if you win fee". It's still early days, but based on my experience so far I can recommend it to others.

Annoying program. Keeps crashing and logging me out, offers to save login credentials but doesn't. I haven't even gotten to bid on anything because the program is buggy as all heck. Great app idea, terrible execution.

App works great. Worked a treat to win me an auction. You get 10 free points as a new user & i just got offered 3 free points to write a 5 star review. Unfortunately buying points is really expensive so after my free ones run out, I'll move on to another cheaper or free app. Shame as I feel if the prices were cheaper & more reasonable, I would pay & continue to use this app. But like many companies, greed takes over & they don't want to just charge a fair price for a fair service

Very Nice sniping program.But I don't like the point system and it is not clearly stated in app how it works and how to top up the points. I would rather have a monthly subscription, but I understand the developers decision behind it.

Complete garbage, don't bother with this app. Of the 6 items I set up for bid, 3 bids were never submitted. Those 3 items all sold for less than i entered as my bid. According to this app it was "problem at eBay". Kinda hard to fix a problem if you're just going to blame a third party. This app is trash.
