Had difficulty with new download of this application for Android. Uninstalled and reinstalled, now ok. Working as it should. App in general is useful. Does most things the full site will do. Good for quick saves, scouting, and reminders. I like the app.

The app is very helpful! I am mainly looking for the time, but, in a few years, I'll be ready to buy, and this is where I'm planning on looking. It would be nice if there was more information about the homes. Whether they are move in ready, or need a lot of work, so I can estimate how much I should have before I can make it my home. More pics would definitely help also.

You can search an area, and click on a property. The property link rarely opens the property page. What's the point of a mobile app that you can't use on your mobile device?

I was told I'd have 2 days to show proof of everything or longer varying on the seller. I won and they only gave me 24hrs and they need way to much personal information that's not needed when buying a house.

They ruined a perfectly good apk with the latest update. No longer zooms to you save zip code and now properties are clustered all together in one circle instead of a individual circle fore each property. Very cumbersome to use the apk now. It won't even pop up the area when you enter a zip code.

It's not very accurate and extremely risky to bid on properties. Also, I was waiting to bid on a property that was being auctioned off and suddenly it disappeared and I found it down the list with a new start date and zero bids in it. It's too much money to be playing with! Furthermore, nearly all of the properties being auctioned off seem to have reserves that are near to the max value of the properties which is extremely risky when you're bidding blind (without seeing the condition of property

I was ready to write a very detailed review, but I'm capped at 500 characters. I have two faults for this otherwise great app. First, very few properties have interior views. I believe that because most properties are marked as occupied. I don't believe that they all are, however. Next, and worse, is that the number of options on the app are FAR FEWER than the website, making it difficult to really see everything you want. But don't let that stop you from downloading it.

They should require more information(such as who to contact directly about the auction minimum ahead of time) from whoever posts the auction. Usually contacts and information are unavailable and very spotty. I've went to places planning on bidding and the auction didn't even happen or the minimum bid was as much as a new effing house

It is a nice application, has many properties listed and is nicely set up. The target icon on map screen covers vital data about property and there are quite a few auctions in canceled status i think they should have a red flag so you dont waste time clicking them.

Lots of annoying things. The GPS icon covers the price of the auctions on the map, they list "canceled" auctions but you can't click into them or filter them out, and a few other issues that show they don't seem to care about the quality of this app.

I wish they would have more in California. Other than that I wish I would have thought of this! 🤣

Slow & Useless. It says thousands of foreclosures, other sites list many foreclosures in my area and even advertised this site, so I come to this site and download the app. App is very slow to search and keeps saying NO foreclosures anywhere in my state, even without any filters. Complete waste of time.

The app is easy to navigate, shows all of the information one would need when buying a property, and makes the information about the auctions easy to find. The only reason I withheld a star is because I haven't participated in an auction yet and that's kinda the bread and butter of the service.

I dont l ik e that it keeps showing sold properties. it doesnt tell you the exact date and year of the auctions that have ended. also the search is to small. there is no button for where to go and bid. none of the homes have interior pictures. overall terrible app

Dont waste your time! Very unprofessional. No communication with them. I was a winning bidder on a house. I did everything needed. Was on the last step before closing, then noticed house went back on auction. Called and emailed them. It took me 3 days to finally get a hold of them for answers. And all they said was that we didnt give some information in time. I asked if they could remove the house off auction, and that we will give what they need. They said that there was nothing they could do.

Great app. It helped me get started on my journey to owning several rental properties.

Hard to bid with no money, but if pre- approved how can this work for an one line auction, if it even can? Love the concept though, if this site is for real !! And for the ones that do have the cash, this is cool. Even site unseen.. seeing a property, you still don't know what you will run into fixing it up and remodeling.. 👍

Good UI... Missing QC... I've tried to place multiple bids with different cards, but the app continues to tell me that I have an incorrect card number. The help link does not work, no redirection.

Great app, accurate and easy to use and the best for new listing.

When I updated it erased all my saved properties. Now it won't save anything

App was OK, but after update, it was horrible. Much more difficult to use and can't easily search by map navigation. Whose dumb idea was this?

Its a pain to register to bid!! Why dont you make it easier. I bought a house through several years ago. I didnt think it was that hard at the time. Your app. Just keeps taking me in circles. I think i'm registered on a home in Troy, Mo. Does that register me for everything else i'm interested in bidding on?

not great...needs more filters and a sort button. I don't want to see sold properties but they come up in the search.

Update not working

App freezes on intro screen every time I launch it. Uninstalled and re-installed it twice with the same result. Just uninstalled it.

Downloaded twice, each time says "Unable to complete request. Contact support" when i try to do anything in the app. It doesn't work, period.

i used this app to purchase a property online. the process was simple and streamlined. you still have to do your homework as far as liens ans inspection, if available. contract and contact information sent via email after you win auction.

A lot of these houses they're abandoned or empty they can have photos at the inside even some of the ones that are being turned over you guys should have more photos of the inside of these these houses for some reason the update won't update it just circles around it don't update the app so do I got to delete the app now

The app is so easy to use and a great way to make money!!!! The people who work there are so helpful, especially in the Houston, Tx and surrounding areas.
