2 days I've been trying to connect to the WiFi and NOTHING! 3 steps that seem impossible! Basically I have an item I cant use! VERY BAD APP. I cant review the iLuv its self because obviously I can't connect to it! Wish they would fix the problem with the app.
Only got this product to work once. Took over a half hour to get it set up, but if the battery dies, unplugs, power out what not, it has to be set up all over again. I was never able to get it to set up a second time so it is now worthless.
Terrible app and awful product. Got it as a gift and pretty much can only use the speaker for bluetooth. It won't connect to Wifi no matter what I try. Looks like I'm not the only one with this problem judging by the vast majority of these negative reviews
THIS DOES NOT WORK!!! DONT BOTHER WITH THIS TERRIBLE PRODUCT!!! This is just awful!! I go to college and needed the extra wifi boost to keep my alexas connected. This was a christmas gift and frankly the gift giver deserves his money back!! It wont connect to my already exsisting amazon account, i cant get the speaker to play ANYTHING!! Waste of time and money. Id give it negative stars if possible.
Continous WIFI connection problems over and over again. I can only use it with bluetooth connection. Definately not plug and play.
This site and product is garbage. After following all steps to connect to my wifi still no progress. Worst ever

Dear Lord. , this was a gift and i,m assuming they don't like me! will not connect to internet, nor bluetooth, i,ve called support, Google, Nothing. think i,ll regift it before I throw it.

Why just why ? did anyone test this before selling this to unsuspecting customers ? this is false advertising at its best.

No bueno. A zilch rating.
You may have a lot of satisfied users but you have unsatisfied as well. It took me off and on the better part of a week to get a blue tooth connection. I still do not have a Wi-Fi connection. I think this is a hardware firmware or software connection problem, but it is a problem and this app offers no help in solving a problem. I see no effort on her part to correct any of the negative app comments. That alone reason I will simply never look to another I love product. I suspect I am not alone. I have a Bluetooth connection allowing me to connect to my tablet that's all it does I could do that with any product with a card to the earphone jack.

Terrible...post firmware update speaker refuses to connect to wifi...now have two paperweights...what a waste...no support to be found...update Aug 18, support was good, even replaced an inop click out of warrenty for half price...got the two units working, issue now is the app will not start of any device...
It's a waste of time got the app and it stays on the same screen it's will not connect to the speaker and no number to call for help; a waste of my time.

Have had for over a year and worked fine until about 3 months ago. Now it won't hold a WiFi connection
Can't even connect anything, Bluetooth doesn't work and the app keeps saying "looking for another aud..."
It takes like 15 minutes to connect to the speaker.
Tried everything. Cannot log in to get this thing to work. Glad it was free or I'd be pissed. Garbage. Buy something else.

Unable to log in to Alexa.. Device is always marked as offline. Seems to be a problem for other users too.
Stuck on the Alexa login screen. Below contact email address does not work. No reply from support.
Initially had same problem as many on setup, but when all else failed I followed the instruction on the device to make sure it was fully charged first then it connected fine. Sound quality is good. It is handy having an Alexa device that doesn't have to be plugged in but the trade-off is having to be close enough to tap it vs. voice activated.
