Audio Bible Offline

I love the deep voice used for reading this to me, it is better than any tts engine voice I have found. Also it has a good format and is totally usable offline. The one thing keeping it from 5 stars is that it skips to the next chapter on my phone without finishing the current one. On my tablet it doesn't do that and works fine.

Whenever you move your phone and the screen rotates, it starts a new audio from the beginning of the chapter over the top of the current audio. Even when you have it paused! It unpauses itself and starts playing both of them overlapped. And the only way to stop both of them is to kill the application. Totally unusable.

I use the Audio Bible on a daily basis. But I see one thing it lacks. I cannot view my book marks unless it is already reading. If I forget to pause the spot where I start than it reads in two places at the same time! You need to put the read bookmark icon on the start page. Then a person can read either a new place or a bookmark.

This ticks nearly all the boxes for my nearly-blind friend: ~The audio is truly offline, so the app can be used without a network connection ~The font can be made BIG ~Navigation is easy. BUT for a poorly sighted person it is easy to accidentally touch the Advert box and get an annoying advert up. A (paid-for) Ad-free version would be wonderful.

The guy reading has great voice pauses when it needs to.emphasizes when it needs to. one thing it needs "auto scroll with highlights of where it's reading.not scroll down page but each paragraph needs highlights and scrolls to next number and highlights it.2 like this and so on when it get to #2 then highlight it.then we have a perfect 5rating. yep you left out psalms 68

This audio version of the bible is the KJV narrated by the famous Alexander Scourby known as the voice of the bible, I can't believe I didn't come across this app before purchasing the Scourby youbible which is $19.99 SMH anyway I'm glad someone is giving out this app for free for people need it. A very good app. However, you need to include the ability to repeat selected passages (at least selected chapter). That will be fantastic. Please fix the issue of the mixup between Psalms 68 & 69. If it is possible you should also include repeat button so one can repeat a chapter at will. Please remember to fix Psalm 68 & 69 which are interposed.

The voice is good, not great, but good. It's also nice to be able to read along with the audio. However, something really important is missing: It can't remember where a person was reading/listening. One must make one's own record.

This app is absolutely fantastic. Fully offline with deep and not too fast reading. I love it so much. Really good work. God bless you.

It work good makes u feel lyk u are hearing it from GOd himself. The only problem is dat u can't send it to am one else tru flash share if it does send it Will not play... Pls mend dis.

It is a fantastic application. God bless the builder. It stopped reading and I have to uninstall and reinstall to solve the issue. Please release update to solve all bugs

I really like this app and have used it for quite a good time. Only that my audio stopped playing even after doing several updates. Help me have this fixed please.

I'm not sure if it's my phone that is not allowing it to work but I tried on and offline and neither worked. If there is a bug and its fixed I will rerate with more stars. I hope the developer sees this. I have an LG G4. THANKS!

Wonderful app. Love the navigation and the emphasis of the reader. The audio went out after a day of use however. I had to uninstall and reinstall for it to correct and start working again. Please look into this as redownloading 512MB over and over isn't really a cool proposition.

I have downloaded many bibles to find the one I liked and wanted to keep on my phone and this one is the best to me. I love it and to be able to ues it off line is awesome. I have not found no problems with this app what so ever. Love love love it

Love the app but the reading is too fast. It's the word of God, slow down the reading speed so I can assimilate the word. What's the rush

Always seems to be some bug in it. Last download didn't work at all before that there was a long gap between chapters and the download before that would cut off chapter in the middle. Anyway do appreciate the many hours of listening during work

I just love listening to the bible. Sometimes reading it can be a difficult and challenging experience. Of course satan always has instruments to distract you so you are not focused. But hearing it lets me anyway stay much more focused.

Every book in one diwnload, good voice, great execution and man he can pronounce every name perfectly. Must have for any christian although I am not a KJV fan, but it takes nothing away.
