Audio Books for Kids

I have really enjoyed this app! I looked at the reviews, and I'm noticing that people are saying how it won't let them play the audiobooks. Well, that means there's something wrong with your device, not the app because it works perfectly fine for me. I wish you could search for the audiobook you want, but other than that, I really like it! I love how you can turn off your device, and still have it playing. That is nice if you don't want your battery going down. I defenitely recommend this app!

This app is amazing. My daughter is finishing kindergarten and its perfect for helping her read. She can try on her own, the app can read it to her while magnifying the word that it's speaking or of course I can read it with her. Some books have quizzes at the end while everything gives you points towards a level and unlocking achievement badges. On a galaxy s10 or even the desktop website, it's very user friendly. After school ends I will definitely be signing up again.

Next to other reading apps I have used with my kids, this one is my favorite. They have a large library for different age groups. My 3, 5 and 7 year olds can always find something They want to read. The only thing I'd add that really made my kids enjoy other reading apps would be a reward system, like pop the bubbles or balloons after you complete the book and also giving rating to the book

I love this app. It's so helpful for everyone who loves to read. I read everyday and it helps me a lot so I recomend this app and if you have kids they can read and get rewards and also they can decorate there profile picture with cute animals and pictures too. They can choose a color too and a design. And they can make there own name as they want . Each day they get rewards . They can't skip books because it says read more pages to finish. And there a levels too.

The quality of audiobooks is top notch and such variety is present. Recommended for children a bit older like 5 above. It would be even better if there were text to read along to, as older children could learn better by listening and reading. Good job!

I love the Audio Stories section! It plays the next story immediately and doesn't have any podcast intro or commercials in between like the other sections of the app. Plenty of stories available in this one section alone to fall asleep and wake up to.

In the words of my seven year old daughter, "I used to be scared of reading, but then my teacher sent me Epic. Epic made reading go straight to my heart." She loves the read-to-me feature, the variety of books, and the educational videos. The ease and interactive nature of the app has made reading so accessible to her, and there are so many interesting fiction and non-fiction books at multiple levels. (Sometimes I find myself reading the books after the kids have gone to bed!) We love Epic!

Very nice collection. But it would be better if the setting could be provided to auto stop the playing after one story is over. So that it doesn't keep playing when one falls asleep listening to sorry during bed time.

My Granddaughter, now 8, has enjoyed & truly loved EVERY story in audio books for kids since age 3. She has such great imagination & creativity now. Also a love of reading & learning about everything around her. The best part, they're free. Everyone can't afford the cost of audiobooks. To be excluded from experiencing the joy, imagination & wonder from all the great stories in kids audiobooks b/c of $$ is sad & shameful. Earlier kids are exposed to books the better & should always be free!

My 3 children and I have had our curiosity awakened and we all can't wait for our reading time every day. So much variety on content to engage all their ages and reading levels. For kids that struggle to read the read aloud and audio options open doors to an enriched learning experience. Thanks

Under educational stories it was just bible stories. Some of the other stories are fine but some are a bit weird. One story was just about the "elephants child" getting spanked for asking too many question. Weird message to be sending kids, and I felt the narrator of that story enjoyed talking about a kid getting spanked too much. Over all the app had a weird vibe to it.

The app has an excellent range of stories and we like the narrators' voices. However, the way girls are depicted makes me cringe and I don't want my daughter listening anymore. Things like, "the king offered his daughter in marriage to whoever could break the spell." No way I want my daughter seeing herself as a possession.

A five month son just learning to read, and a newborn son. This app has great, well-curated selections for quality books in appropriate topics and themes if for learning or just passing time.

Only wish we had the means for being able to use all of the features without having to pay money. During the crisis we find ourselves all in with Covid and having to keep our kids home it would be such a wonderful toolbox. Budget just does not have any extra spending.

This is an excellent site for stories--the selection is Fantastic and the narrator's voices are on part with any audible book I've ever listened to. highly recommend

Audio books for kids is the best application on play store for audible stories. The stories in this application is quite interesting. And children are loving it so much.

The stories are great but with kids using it from time to time, the kind of ads that come up are not appropriate. I have repeatedly got ads for Audible with a big banner of 'The subtle art of not giving a F#*k'. No way tp report it.

I'm having issues with the app saying it lost internet connection in the middle of the video. My internet connection is good but it still says there is no internet connection. Please fix and will give 5 stars.

Very good. The voice of narrator is very clear for easy understanding of the children. And very helpful as well.

It's got some good stories for children 5 and under but it does not have many 7 and over stories. I don't think older children will like it!!!!! Wonder woman is the best though, it is so entertaining!!

I am a teacher and a parent. And often I need ideas or good books and content for my students or my children. I came across this app on my ipad as I was installing ibooks. And i instantly love it. The content is just amazing ❤️💖
