Audio Pro Control

The app is basic but works well. The setup should be straightforward but can be a bit tricky. You need to have your device connected to the 2.4Ghz network of your router for the setup to work. If your router by default switches between 2.4 and 5Ghz automatically then you need to create an additional SSID that uses only to the 2.4 then connect to that network on your phone and from there just follow the instructions on the app.

Speakers great, app not very good. Everything working for a year, I recently changed the WiFi password and since then can not add speakers, tgey appear for a short while then vanish from the app. Can readd eventually only for them to dissappear. Everything else on my network works great apart from the speakers. I also noticed that the app was updated at the same time I changed my WiFi password 😡

The developers are working on fixing the issues, however bug fixes are slow and the app has a large amount of usability issues. Makes the Audio Pro experience less than premium.

App worked ok to set up my two lovely C5s. Have set up all the preset buttons & they work fine. The bedroom spkr is also in permanent use as a wifi extender. Very rarely use the app as Spotify connects to each spkr no problemo. Power outages cause no problems & whenever I've changed my wifi router they connect to the new one hassle free. It's not an intuitive app, but if you're patient & read the instructions it does work. Thanks AddOn for my fantastic spkrs!

App is terrible, fortunetaly I don't need to use it everyday. Unless I need to switch the speaker (Addon C3) to another WiFi, what is impossible for me. After connecting to speaker's WiFi and selecting the new one, the app keeps telling me "Please reconnect AudioPro_C3_BCDFAC to continue configure process". Also when connected over Bluetooth, the volume controls on speaker and on my phone are not linked and I can't control volume from my phone only. Pixel 3a, Android 12. Waiting for fix.

I have a C5A, love the speaker and sound quality is great, but app is poor. WiFi connection was fine thankfully, but the bass control slider doesn't do anything, playing local media is difficult and integration with TuneIn (if playing a stream from custom URL) is bad - I can start it playing but have to power cycle the speaker to stop it! Needs fixing before I consider buying another AP speaker.

Almost unusable. Keeps finding new ways to break, and requires significant technical knowledge, patience, and even luck to fix. It has reasonable functionality when it works, but the setup is so difficult that I couldn't recommend Audio Pro to anyone.

Speaker is great. The app is appalling. Never keeps a connection for more than a week then it just fails to work. My Anker at twenty quid has better connectivity than my considerably more expensive C10. This app needs a serious overhaul by Audio Pro.

I only have one speaker so may not have experienced the same problems others have had with syncing speakers. The app has worked fine for me, finds the speaker every time and I've used the radio apps to set the shortcut buttons. Spotify finds the speaker on its own so I rarely have to use this app but when I do it has worked fine.

The app is quite bad. Some of the functions dont work. (Like shuffle) basic options arent available. Honestly the speakers are ruined due to this measly app.

Speakers are good, but the app really needs to be improved! Connecting to WiFi did not work as described in app. Finally got it to work with the WPS button on my router. Other issue: sometimes delay between C10 and subwoofer. The app is quite a vital part of making use of the speakers. It should be expected to work more smoothly. Edit: This app is really worthless. It doesn't even detect my speakers in the network anymore. What a shame.

The speakers look and sound amazing but the app lacks any functionality. Just a simple ON button in the app to turn on the speaker is lacking. For example, in my setup I have it connected to an aux but I always have to stand up and turn it on. I can wake up the speaker by playing music through spotify but theres no "on" button in the app. If you could add that then it would be amazing!

I've had 2 Audiopro speakers and a Link for a few years now. The app has never been great but it used to at least get the job done, if in a bit of a clumsy way, but for me at least it worked. Since the last app update I now have dropouts in the middle of songs that last about a second. This is really frustrating. I hope they fix this soon or I will have to change eco system. The worst part about these issues is the company's silence. Openly acknowledge issues and give a fix timeline instead.

Great speaker, now almost useless because the app will not connect to the speaker. A strange issue, as the speaker will connect to my wifi and I can use the preset buttons, but I cannot control it through the app anymore. Will be returning the speaker because of this, very disappointed. Update Dec. 2019: I persevered with the speaker (as the hardware was very good) and I'm glad I did. The app has recently been significantly updated and now works well, no crashes and easy connection.

Firstly, great sound as recommended on various websites - hence the purchase. Secondly, your app/wifi connectivity is absolutely shocking, I mean really bad, so bad I am considering taking it back!!!!!! It doesn't stay playing when my phone goes into sleep mode. It boggles my mind that my phone volume buttons don't change the volume either through the App or via Bluetooth buttons. Even the Bluetooth connection is terrible. There is more to say but only 500 characters allowed.

Speakers are great. Really good sound quality and well built. Works well for Spotify where you can drive it from the Spotify app. Audio Pro App however is... not great I'm afraid. I have a large music collection on a NAS. Can't search it - have to scroll through pages and pages of albums or artists to find the album I want. There's an "Artist Index" option which at least allows you to jump to the artist by starting letter, but a lot of my collection is classic / choral and I often can't remember the artist / performer!

Please improve this app, it's a shame that such good speakers have got such a poor app. The speakers get easily disconnected. There's need for better designer features like bass&treble with a finer control and the possibility to save some presets. I'd like to set up a duration for the alarm clock in case I'm not home. Access to the app should be much more easy and fast.

Very nice to integrate all the apps. The app lacks practical functionality. Like changing volume should be available on almost all music screens. It's not very easy to navigate between the music apps and the audio-pro app. Would it be possible to add custom apps (missing youtube for instance, or an audiobook reader)? Many integrated apps are only available in the US.
