Audiobooks Now Audio Books

Prices/service great, app only ok but is improving. Have had this service for a while. The app has gotten better over the last few years from a stability standpoint but still has issues. The functionality is basic and sometimes it forgets where the book was and you have to go manually find where you were at, which is hard when it doesn't use chapters the way a normal book does. Books are instead broken into a few hundred segments. I still like these guys way more than Audible $$

The pricing on the service is great, especially compared to audible. The app is pretty basic and I'm currently having some stability issues, it randomly crashes. It also seems to pause randomly, it's not clear why that happens. A widget eventually would be nice too but not critical.

I would not have signed up for the free trial if I had read the reviews beforehand hand. U fortunately, the reviews are accessed through my cell phone and I used my pc instead. I don't think that the books are really downloaded into one's phone!!??° I have an excellent app that I use for my other audiobooks that works fine

Solid audiobook app. The available library is a respectable size, & the ability to archive books plus a modest drop-down menu allow for minimal sorting (though tags & other sorting options would be helpful as my library grows).

A great alternative to all the subscription based audiobook purveyors out the. They have a good selection and the player works well enough (must be front opened app in Android).

Speed control is is so limited as to be useless. I like to slow so books down, but not all the way down to 75%. How about a 90% and 80%?

The service and books are great. The price is very affordable and doesnt sacrifice selection. The app is easy to navigate through, easy to find authors and books. Going between library and searching is my only complaint. The audiobook player is the main reason for 4 stars. It stops randomly. UPDATE* The team was quick in helping me resolve this issue. Turned out my phone was putting it to sleep after an update. 5 *s now!

This app is easy to use, browsing is a breeze and pages are easy to navigate. Quite a selection of new and older books. If you need help with anything, you get it very quickly. I had a very nice person direct me on fixing playback after Microsoft "upgraded" my system. He was very knowledgable and his direction was right on point.

No chapter titles, table of contents making nonfiction books mostly unusable. It would help a little if you could bookmark chapter starts, but bookmarking is very impractical. Suggestions for new books have very little (if anything) to do with my interests. When listening to nonfiction books when doing other activities, it is very important to be able to replay section until I have actually listened to it. Not an option on this app! Downloads are proprietary; cannot play on other apps.

App is great...the only thing I dont like about it is simple but it makes me not use the app as much as I would. When you purchase a book from browsing categories, the app takes you to your library without an option to continue shopping or go back. So if I want to get more than one book from browsing, I have to start all over at the beginning of the category. It's infuriating.

I really have enjoyed this app and its ease of use. App on phone blue toothed to the car has worked great. Have had no issues at all and automatically pauses when I receive a call. Also allows one to have multiple books with them on trips, etc. without dragging a bunch of disks, thumb drives around.

My Favorite Audio Book App. They have very reasonable prices and a huge selection. I love it.

I wholeheartedly support Audiobooks Now the store, for its rich offering of DRM-free books, great prices, and totally reasonable subscription plan. The app is serviceable and (in my opinion) has all the essential features. The interface however could probably be simpler and more intuitive.

I didnt want Monthly membership! I Selected option for $6 more NO MONTHLY! You slammed me with monthly even though I checked the box $6 more No Monthly. When I went to cancel Monthly you asked me 6 times if I was sure. I dont like that delayed tactic of repeatedly asking me! You have a great product and a niche in audiobooks but using these shady tactics is very unprofessional. You need to find a better way of gaining Monthly members then upsetting paying customers. I DON'T USE AUDIOBOOKS ENOUGH TO WARRANT ANY MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP DUES! With that being said you have a great product and for someone who is a regular user of audiobooks it's a great value. I dont like this poor choice on your companies part to trick people.

What a terrible app. It closed or stopped in the middle of the narration for no reason. It was EXTREMELY glitchy in multiple other ways as well. Then it just stopped working completely. Needs a lot of work. Switched to another app within 3 hours of use.

One of the best apps out there for audiobooks. They have a huge selection and a great price when you sign up for the monthly membership. I read a ton of books and they are much more affordable at $10 a piece instead of $20 something on other member sites. The best part is you pay $5 a month to get member pricing. None of that 1 credit for $20 like most membership sites.
