I have purchased 3 AudioFetch (Home/FetchExpress) products within the last 6 months as hearing-assist solutions for hearing impaired listeners. These system are low cost, easy to install, easy to use and provide excellent quality audio to the listener’s smartphone. The AudioFetch App is simple and intuitive providing a very user friendly interface to a highly capable system. Ease of use is a critical consideration as many of our users may not be familiar with all current smartphone shortcuts. I can also tailor the appearance of the App on these systems to provide a more personal and familiar view for our listeners.
My gym is in a Crunch 😉 for a good audio streaming solution. As soon as you install the app pops up a power settings change, and a warning that the app is not responding. I connect to the gym's wifi and rescan for channel streams with zero success. It shouldn't be this hard.
It is used at my local gym. If you leave the gym without disconnecting it will freeze your phone making it very difficult to get back in. One time I had to wait for my phone to die before I could close the app. Also incredibly buggy.
This really simple app does the job really well. There are additional options but it seems the default settings really well most of the time. This gives me the freedom to walk pretty much anywhere I get my house Wi-Fi and still be able to hear what I have playing on my computer.
Works well but make sure you first connect to the Wifi then open the app. I made the mistake of just opening the app. Also, kudos to the tech support @ AudioFetch. They were very helpful.
App doesn't work well AT ALL. It goes on and off, most of the time off. I missed most of the instructions giving by the virtual spinning class.
Cannot be used with my phone model OnePlus6. Doesn't find the WiFi (without internet) at my gym. Phone connects to the RPM wifi that is for spinning classes but the app still asks to connect to WiFi. Developers tried to solve my problem but then suggested I take another phone with me to the gym(a phone that works with this app.) Meh. I've also had connecting problems with my previous phones Huawei Honor 5x and Honor 10 (turning app and wifi on and of for 10minutes before getting sound, but OnePlus6 doesn't connect at all. :(
My gym started using this app. Some phones work. Some don't. Different phones have different problems. Audio fetch not fixing problem. Told my gym to get refund.
I use this daily, I was a little annoyed by it shutting in and out but that was because I had a battery saver on. If you just follow the directions of the cinema employees or sheet it'll work.
I am a AV and IT system designer for an integration company in the mid Atlantic. We recently specified and installed audio fetch in a gym project with over 20 displays per room. The app works great, the system was easy to install and the company was a pleasure to work with. I will be recommending this app and product in upcoming projects.
Android, Samsung Galaxy S8 phone Has had all updates available, most current 4.6 version, no fix for an android phone has required me to leave my church with complete disappointment with Audio Fetch app. The app stinks.
It's a great app but sometimes it'll glitch. You can just exit and get in again. It also takes up a lot of your battery but overall pretty good app.
Audio keeps cutting out, and cuts off completely after about a minute, tried restarting app, but same result everytime.
We used this for our Church along with the FM transmitter from Broadcastvision. It was a little difficult for some of our seniors so we decided to keep both. The customer service is very good at this company.
I'd like this app to work, and my gym endorses it, but either the gym doesn't know how to use it or the app doesn't work. Hooray for closed captioning
It doesn't connect to wifi. Wifi has a strong signal.I followed all their recommentations...still doesn't work.
Would give 0 stars if possible. Everytime i loaded the app i got the same error message over and over. Dont install this app is a waste of time.
I had some issues but then called AudioFetch. We were able to solve the issue in about 10 minutes. They were nice and helpful.
It's a little bit of a drain on my battery but I noticed a recent update fixed this. So we will see. Good app and product however.
So far so good. I had some problems connecting in the beginning but that was because of a weak WiFi signal at my community center.
My wifi apparently isn't the kind of wifi this app wants me to have Couldn't get far enough to start listening or watching anything. Terrible.
Works fine. My father is using this for church since he is hard of hearing. I had some questions and called the company. They were very nice and answered my questions.
I recently purchased AudioFetch Express to add hearing assistance to our Sunday worship services. I was excited about all the features and the ability to use the same device for inside the church and for tours. I am very impressed with how easy AudioFetch was to set up and use. My hard-of-hearing parents felt it worked well also. Integrating AudioFetch into our church audio system was a breeze. We were able to get multiple users up and running quickly. For any questions we had, we received excellent support. Highly recommended!!
