TO RENAME A PROFILE: long press the profile button on the auto scheduling screen.

NOTE: Android 5+ replaced silent mode with priority mode.
NOTE: Android 4+ (ICS) DOES NOT let the ringer and alerts volumes be separated. Pre Android 4 phones can still separate them in the phone sound settings.
As a work around solution on ICS you can enable the adjustment of the ringtones and set your alert ringtone to "silent" for a particular profile e.g. sleep.

This is the very first app I install on any new phone, all the way back since Android 2.7. It still works perfectly, does exactly what it says and let's me forget about my phone during meetings or when I need to focus. Day types let me set up profiles for each day, then automatically manages all my volume needs. The widgets help to keep me in control when I need to be, so it is the perfect companion to a perfect app. No other app has made such a contribution to my sanity. Well done developers.
make sure you disable the Do Not Disturb function on your phone because it clashes with this app. This is a must have app. Glad to see this is supported again. I bought the Pro version many years ago. Then shortly after I did, it became orphaned. I kept the APK in my treasure chest because it disappeared for years.
Buggy and this app. Freezes Often. UNINSTALLED after reading the Many Critical Reviews & issues in app. Actually the "original Android sound controls" work so much better then this application unfortunately. Therefore it makes this application pretty "pointless. Especially if this application isn't "better" then the "stock volume controls" on Android. At least that's been my experience on my One Plus 3T & the OnePlus 7. Frustrating since "developer gives NO REPLY or FIX?" UNINSTALLED...
I have been using this app for a long time. It does exactly what it says it will do and does it well. I recently switched to iPhone because my kids are on it, but could not deal with it. This app is one of the things that caused me to take a $400 loss on an iphone 12 Pro Max trade in for an s22 ultra.
It got stuck on silent and would not allow me to change it, ever. No matter how many times, or how many ways I tried to turn the sound back on, it would not resume sound. I even uninstalled it and reinstalled it, and that did not work. It used to work great. Probably a phone setting, but noone has been able to figure it out. So had to move on to a different app.
Pretty good,. Pay for the Pro app. But, the free version is nice because you can take control of your sounds. Setup the sound types, add widget, set everything to auto. And Violá, everything works. Only giving four stars because they could work on making Auto more intuitive.
Allows you to automate notifications to fit your schedule. It is one less thing to think about: silencing phone before bed and switching it back on in the morning, or adjusting it for work. I've been using this app for years. Love it
Is a very good app. Sets audio profiles for a different time of day you specify. I've used it for a few years now. Hopefully the new update will resolve the issue of the app not switching automatically if you've not opened it for a while
Yesterday I purchased pro key & I thought that it was the thing I was looking for so long. But after using for one day I found only one but very important problem. I want to keep ringer in silent mode during working hours. To ensure that function there is a setting in Android - vibrate in silent mode, which I keep enabled. But when mobile is silenced by AUDIOGURU, my mobile is not vibrating for incoming calls ;(. Developers please reply, or resolve the problem if there is some work around.
Agree with other reviews. Does not work consistently with Android phones since update. Randomly shuts off desired profile. Many of these audio profiles dont work after update. Dont know how something that should be so easy is so difficult.
Had this app for years and it's always been great - but sincs recent android updates it doesn't work properly and keeps messing with sound settings randomly. Very unstable and no further development so had to uninstall
Solid app, you can set times and everything, just didn't fit my needs -- the incoming call volume, app notification volume, and system sound volume are all tied together
I love this app. I have been using this for years and it really helps me manage notifications automatically I'd appreciate if the new version could be rolled out as the latest Android doesn't allow us to utilise thi app's full potential
Have used this app for years. Works great and keeps my phone in sync with my life and work by being able to set a schedule for the phone settings.
Perfect app for controlling sound profiles for different times, places and days. Seamless and effective. Been using it for years.
Very convenient and easy to use. I don't need to switch the audio level back and forth when going to work and back home anymore. It's automatic now.
Really close to my needs. Better widget color control equal to or mimic of the profile color wouldbe great. Full widget background transparency would also be nice - Thanks.
This application is easy to use. I looked around on Play Store after I bought a new tablet, I thought that I could no longer get AudioGuru and I was disappointed. The other apps didn't have what I was looking for. I was so happy to see that I was still able to get it!
Since last update it is not stable. Also have never been able to rename the profiles despite having pro and instructions said it was possible. Do not pay for it no development is happening anymore.
A very simple app yet makes my listening experience and phone audio management a breeze. Congratulations to the developers.
Cow Pie. Doesn't work right on Android Pie. Paid for the upgrade and schedule still doesn't work.. Doesn't lower ring volume. Pretty much worthless.

One of my most favoritest apps. I love having sound profiles change automatically based on schedule.
They deleted my review after 5 minutes because I said the permissions to read the contents of my SD card were NOT needed to control my volume up and down.
The app work just fine and exactly as it was described completely fixed my problem in less than 30 seconds I'm very pleased

I used to love this app...would have given a 5- star review BEFORE latest android update. However, for the past 3 months I've had nothing but problems with the app. Instability, random changes to my ring- and text tones, even silencing all sounds (including my alarm clock!). If after 3 months the makers have not updated/stabilized the app to fix the issues, chances are they won't. The last straw was shutting off my alarm clock! UNINSTALLING!
