There is no fee for access the American United Federal Credit Union mobile app. However, be sure to check with your mobile service provider, as many do charge a monthly fee for wireless web access, and may charge for the volume of data exchanged. Mobile Banking users must be enrolled in Online Banking.

App has become unintuitive, and very annoying. It will not send the 2-step verification code to my email, so I cannot log in. The fingerprint login no longer works on my account, no matter how much I tried getting it work (back when I was able to actually log in......). I've also tried multiple times to change the phone number or email associated with my 2-step verification, and that absolutely has failed. So now I'm stuck trying to get a bad app to send an email to an outdated email service..
Works ok but many times it only let's me have one transaction where I transfer money from on sub-acct to another and then the date won't give me a date in that month to make the other transfer - all dates for the month are blacked out. So I have to log out and re-login to make another attempt. It also would be nice to create new club accts on our own from the app and organize their order.
won't open on the new phone.. says the app stopped... Everytime.. I'm giving it three Stars because it's always worked on my old phone.. for years.. and a 1 rating just wouldn't be fair.. if the issue can get fixed and i can start using it again on the new Android device I'll change it up to a 5
I only put one star because it wouldn't let me put comment without at least one. There is never enough information on the app. It's easy on my other bank it says minus or plus this one all the sudden it just goes red without any explanation no minus or Plus. I have to change my password every single time cuz it will not let me put in the password I want because I put that in over a year ago. Just not very user-friendly at all in my opinion
Wont open. Keep getting "app stop working" Never had an issue on my LG but doesnt work on my Samsung. It's really annoying because I need to deposit checks but dont have the time to drive out to the branch.
Please don't ask me to rate this app ... it's fantastic! I give it 10 stars! It's simply the best from the best financial institution I have ever been privileged to be a member of. Period.
This app has legit worked on all 4 of my phones ive had with it including a phone from 2007 haha I love how easy it is to use and transfer funds from accounts. I love that i can use my fingerprint to just open it up real quick !
Terrible App... Won't load, only goes to to diiferent screens and one is an error message. Fix your craptastical App.
this app will not open on my Samsung, it just says it has stopped. I've been trying to get into it for 2 weeks. it needs to be fixed
Back button does not work. Have to hit the home button to close instead of back button twice like most apps.

My experience has been fantastic. I can transfer funds to other family members. Almost immediately. This is a great part of the app.8
Downloaded but won't open keeps stopping ridiculous hey there need to get things fixed or adapt to this new phone is crazy I'm not going to go back to the old one
Everytime I install it, it kicks me off saying it's not working but it's down loaded. The app won't open

Has me change password for my own protection. Lets me take screenshots. Easy to use app. Can transfer money easily with other members since before Zelle became popular.

Clear understanding break downs when you use your card as credit or as debit card each transaction gives you your balance and available balance.
The previous version had much better GUI. Why did they change a good thing for worse? Poor job.

I just recently downloaded the app, again, after hearing that the bugs had been fixed, and they had. The app opens just fine and runs as expected with one, major issue. The main reason to use the app, in my opinion, is the mobile deposit feature. However, whenever I go to take a picture of the checks, the camera is flipped and completely disproportionate. It's impossible to take the necessary pictures for the deposits.
