Aurora TV

Using a Dvb-s2 network tuner. The app times out at 15 minutes, before finishing scanning and doesn't save any of the channels it has already found. This makes the app unusable and frankly not fit for purpose.

Great app but i have a bug with tvheadend, i can scan dvb-t, dvb-s but not dvb-c when i try to scan cable channels, its reboot the app. Some improvement: the are missing some channels logo (a lot in fact ) i know its a hard task but simply let us the possibility to put one if there are not. organising channels, when you have 1200+ of channels can be very long by screen listing, maybe have the possibility to edit it by a txt files then inject it after (like samsung tv or LG...) Thanks and great work ;)

Used with a Xoro 8100 server. Works great. A few small bugs stop it being 5 stars.

Best App for Sat>IP. Great and amazing interface. It is simply the best and works all the time. Kudos to the developers. Keep up the good works.

No C-band option. No transporter edit option. No blind search option. Overall, best free app at this moment. Tested on Triax tss 400 server.

So much better than the paid InstaTV. Very easy to setup. Great user interface. Live Channels support... Only giving four stars because it has room for improvement: no/wrong channel logos, epg doesn't work at least for Canadian terrestrial. No way to change settings without full reset.

Great app for UK, using with HDhomerun connect and the HDhomerun android TV app constantly crashes, natively and in the Live Channels app. The picture with Aurora TV app is rock solid. HDhomerun should hire you guys to fix their European channel problems as they seem unable to fix them.

yes this is still the best sat>ip app out there this app is just so professional.. i love it but it doesnt work anymore on astra 23,5 after last update (22/12/2016). :( i see that it connects to my sat>ip server, its just doesnt find channels, i cant even add/edit transponder list. is there anyway to drop a transponder list into auroratv? UPDATE: i just got a mail from Futarque and they say "AuroraTV demultiplexes the DTV transport stream itself" but how can i use it for Astra 23,5 then? They say even that they are working on H265 and ill be waiting for it with my Nvidia Shield Android TV. It would be awesome with h265 support and maybe HBBtv support :)

Aggressively looking into bugs and fixing. This changes channels faster than instatv. Needs sone work on Channel naming. But overall good!

Does not work. Blank screen with audio only.

After the latest update, app loses video (sound only) occasionally. Have to reboot tablet to restore video.

I am using this with a Rho board and built in DVB-T2 tuner and very very impressed. It is fast, easy to setup, and has a great interface. Thank you.

Doesn't scan a single channel. HD Homerun Connect Android TV 6.1 (Mi Box) or Nexus 7 (Android 7) i Was willing to isk paying premium monthly if it worked but i have a feeling that the built in DVR that is coming to Android TV V7 is gonna make pay services obsolete. The live TV guide already exists within the OS.

This is a great app. It's the only one I can find that is easy to use and has all the features of a traditional DVR -- except series record (at the moment). Even all the guide data is correct for UK freeview. It's shocking that nobody has built a fully fleshed out DVR app for android tv yet. This is the closest app to it. My compliments to the developers.

Quick changes when surfing. TvHeadend users will need to give tvh root privileges in order rtsp on port 554, or dev can add the default TVH port to the service scan list? Only issue is with Pay channels not being displayed (they work in TVH/VLC). Upped from 1 star to 4.

In sd channel no video, only i hear audio and in hd chanel frezing i use dvb viewer server and this app dont support diseq too.

Thanks for the update, good job with new additions. Hd channels work without a glitch now, and the overall performance has definitely improved. One thing though, I'm still unable to see subtitles in Live Channels, only see them when viewing through your app, any solution to that ?

All tuners disabled. Using HDHOMERUN HDHR4-2US

I have an hdhomerun, but I can't get past the initial setup screen because it lists all tuner types as disabled.

Doesn't find all channels during a scan and no way to add those missing, aspect messed up on none wide screen channels, video missing completely on some channels, audio out of sync most of the time.

I'd be more than happy to pay a one time fee for no ads, but not a monthly fee. Perhaps also offer a higher one time fee? Keeping the five star rating though as the latest updates are really good, particularly the international support. Thanks!
