Too many alerts - every time you file a new report - the same alert for each report pops up and you have to click "ok" to proceed. That's just bad engagement design, and annoying.

it cannot detect the correct address and when you enter the correct address, it changes it. Example: I entered 6615 and it changed it to 6635.

Tried sending new request received message saying "Reporter not registered" went to Reporter filled out the fields clicked on save and received the message "Updating reporter...unauthorized". So if you are allowed to submit anonymously, why are you required to fill out Reporter?

Every other case submitted is not supported by the app but results in request to call a city department. Cases getting magically closed even though issue is not resolved.

Anybody reading this, Austin is lawless. Police are poor to respond under the ordinance put in place by city leaders. This app is absolutly useless because and shouldnt exist because absolutly nothing gets done.

So, when I call APD to report an incident and they tell me to call 311, I use the app and get told to call 311.. what is the point again? See something report it... unless of course we don't want to get off our backside... just pass the buck... reinstalled to give a second try.. will reevaluate. Get your game together AUSTIN! Update: reinstalled placed a request only to be told to resubmit . USELESS UNINSTALLED AGAIN

Absolute garbage system. They mark legit issues as "closed" even though there is no response, resolution or even explanation. As a disabled veteran, this reminds me of the VA. LOL.

The map barely works, and you can't just type in an address. Horrible app. And, when you do get on submitted, the lazy #Austin311 employees just close the tickets without doing anything. That are holding up the standard of worthless governments.

I submitted multiple requests, which I thought was great. Unfortunately, they just mark them as resolved and close them without actually fixing any of the issues. Worthless and a waste of time!

If you pick the wrong category, they just ignore the request. And not every category is available for selection...so you are doomed for failure from the get go.

When I tried to make a report, I had to pick a category for the report. There were a dozen or so I had to choose from and evidently I picked wrong. I got an email: your report has been canceled bc you picked ___ and it belonged in ___ category.

It's a great way to establish communication with 311 but requests are closed without being resolved (pothole).
