App will not open after the last update. Just shows a white screen. Worked fine until I updated it last weekend. Uninstalled and reinstalled, but did not work. Very disappointing.

I will say the app has improved with updates EXCEPT the transaction list for my checking account doesn't even go back a whole month now. This needs to be fixed! It's hard to keep tabs on your account if you can't look back at past transactions. I should have the option to view all past transactions, but at least a whole month or two would be nice.

Worthless. Used this app for several years. Now, it won't work at all. Error message every single time. Austin bank might as well not have a mobile banking app if this is all they can do. Update: 3/4/22 considering bank change. Havent been able to use this app in weeks. It throws me out every time I click on it. Worst bank app ever.

Good app accept occasionally, maybe once or twice a week for several hours, it won't work, and will tell me to call for assistance, then start working again on it's own after a while. Also, it makes us answer a security question every time we log in because we have the app for the same accounts on different phones. Which is great for security, but gets old after a while.

My favorite use for the app was the notify that showed where the debit card was used and how much was spent A quick glance at the phone told me if I had made the transaction. Since it upgraded it only states there was a transaction. Now I have to stop and login and view transactions, not convenient. I will change banks to get it back.

This app allows us to easily manage money between our personal and business accounts. The only reason it loses a star is because we have connectivity issues on occasion and login problems. I guess that can be said about all apps but this becomes an issue every once in a while. Overall, very helpful and useful app. UPDATE 8/20... This is still one of my most useful apps. Keep up the good work!

Is a great app convenient quick and good I would have gave it more stars but the biggest downside is you can't take a screenshot of your information on the app so you can't keep records of it and the information goes off after two or three months other Banks app allow you to take a screenshot which allows you to keep a record of your transactions..they should do the same... 😁

I'd love to give this app a 5. But very often the system goes down. I understand that technology isn't perfect. But it seems to go down more frequently than most. When it works, it's great. My opinion of Austin Bank is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Austin has always been go to me and I enjoy banking with them.

Easy to use, simple and clean. Not a very large amount of services, but not lacking in uses. Transfers are easy and quick, and purchase/deposits are tracked for each card. No pop-ups, very considerate.

Error always pops up and you have to Uninstall it and reinstall it after updates because Error codes pop up seconds apart even when you tap try again. Its not a bad app this issue just needs to be fixed. I have called the number it gives me but "Representatives are busy please wait and they will get to you in whatever call order your number was received" my favorite quote because each time I call reps are always busy apparently.

This app barely works. I find myself having to delete and redownload at least twice a week. The worst feature is the mobile deposit 🤦🏼‍♀️ it never works the first time. I have to retake the photos at least 5 times every time I need to make a deposit

The website is always down it says it's your phone and connection when you know it's not and you can not call to get a balance without going threw a bunch of loops. It almost makes you want to switch banks. When the website does work it's pretty good but for now 1 star is more than enough.
