I love this app it is great and easy to use but I am disappointed that I have went to reinstall it and it keeps stopping and asking to check for updates. My device said it was made for older versions of android. Please fix this I prefer no other way more then this to keepAustin Police up to date on everything happening in my life.

Says it was built for an earlier version of Android yet there is no update. Crashes every time you attempt to submit a tip.

App is not responsive when clicking on menu resources. Hangs infinitely.

7/9 of the features are not functional. If they do not result in the app force closing the app, they do not load. Hopefully thus was created by volunteers. Otherwise, APD, The City of Austin and local taxpayers have been ripped off by an inept developers.

Black Life's Mm atter and Defunding clearly changed the attitude of policing. Then, the question arises, if they aren't, defend themselves are they fearing getting indicted? Are criminals being allowed to get off without being prosecuted that, why arrest them if, they will be out in the streets

Useless. Hey I'd like to report an incident. *gets told to call 311 goes on the 311 app gets told to call 311. See something, say... oh whatever, forget it.

I can report most things without having to make a call. Very good feature.

crashes as soon as you tap the submit a tip button

I think there is a bug. Clicking a Case number tries to dial the case number as a phone number. Not bring additional info about the case.

Nicely done, I hope it has many benefits for citizens and the Department.
