Up until today after my phones system updates this app was great,now I can't open it. All you get is error code message and when I did some trouble shooting Samsung noted that some apps will need to be updated. This app and the people who run it should keep up, or cool that I can't do simple things with this app simply because my phone had system updates and the app is not keeping up. This is a banking app, it should keep up.
Currently card center won't allow you to remove online and out of state restrictions just met with an "unexpected error has occurred". Online companies are now having problems with my automatic payments saying they can't charge my card on file when everything is 100% accurate. These issues are making it extremely hard to plan for holiday shopping. I may need to go bank shopping first..
Gotten awful....used to work just fine but it shows "No network connection" ....what's up with that?! All my other apps work just fine but now this one doesn't even open!! ...it is now Nov 3, 2019 and app has still not been updated and i cannot even log in AT ALL! into the website, much less the mobile app. It seems i may have to take my money elsewhere.
Worst app ever. Constantly have to uninstall then re-install for it to work. Randomly just stops working and has nothing to do with maintenance as is soon as you re-install, it works again. Terrible app
Makes banking quick and easy at the touch of your phone. I can do just about anything I could need in banking from anywhere I'm at. So super convenient! I use app almost daily and to transfer money to family in seconds, saving trips to bank. I love it!
I used to love the app, but for over 6 months now the app closes every time I click on bill pay. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times and even spoke to the IT guy at Telco to no avail. To pay bills, I either have to do it from my laptop or just call each creditor and pay by phone. I love Telco, but the app is 👎.
It works most of the time, but once every month or so, Itll delete that feature that allows me to check my accounts and transactions without having to login. And when I try to rest my PW, it doesnt send it to my email. I had to uninstall and reinstall for it to work
Android user. Won't log in unless connected to WiFi now. All of s sudden the log in screen won't pop up unless you are logged into a WiFi connection. What's going on there? Please fix. It's useless now.
Only works half the time I try to use it. Other half just hangs on the boot up then says no internet even though I'm connected and every other app can use the internet connection. App use to work great 100% of the time but its been a little while since then
Thank you for finally updating the UI. It's been meh for so long, and y'all also added some awesome functionality such as retrieving routing numbers, and fixed the mobile deposit bug (that fix was from a long time ago but thanks anyways devs)
Everytime I try and open the app it tells " an error has occurred ". I've Uninstalled it, then reinstalled it many times but still get the same error message
This app has been very glitchy. Nothing pops up but a city of Austin image, and the few times it has given the login screen it doesn't work. Please fix your app Austin Telco!
Okay for viewing balances or making a photo deposit, but has a distinct lack of ability to make transfers to/from other banks. Have to use the website for that, and if I'm on the website I can already do most everything else, so what's the point of the app?
I don't normally have a problem been using this app for years. But recently in the last few months I am not able to do any bill paying for the app. As of today the online will not let me sign in and the app keep kicking me out as soon as I sign in. Please fix ASAP.
It's been 3 years. could we get a fresher update? Edit: Right after that review they did do an update, but now I (along with many other users) are unable to log in. I've even been locked out of our accounts entirely and I've had to call to get access again.
Touch ID isn't available after the latest update and it won't let me login using my password. I can log in via the Web, so I know it's not my password that's the problem.
the app was working fine til about 2 to 3 weeks ago. Now I can't even open the app. It just says there is an error and I am not authorized to use this app. I will try uninstalling and reinstalling.
Lets me login but when I click the accounts button, NADA! Deleted and re-download and still the same issue. Very frustrating.
App wont let me view accounts, like others here have reported. Latest update broke the app. No fix available. Mobile app rendered useless.
Continues to say incorrect password. I keep resetting it on my desktop then immediately try on my phone to log in and I'm actually about to throw my phone against the wall I'm so friggin frustrated. FIX THE LOG IN ISSUES PLEASE
App was working fine now when I try and view my account it says expiredtoken and then kicks me out and says session has expired.... completely frustrating 😤
For 3 years 90% of time I'm told "Login failed, please try again" even when info was WRITTEN DOWN and also saved in Google Passwords.No one at Austin Telco seems to feel this is an urgent issue; by apologizing and sharing w management or by management simply FIXING THIS major issue!
This is the worst app!! It tells me my password is wrong even after it accepts the reset. I should change credit unions bc of this app!!! Grrrr
Update 4/29/22 - I contacted the bank today & that person contacted their IT department & said they see no issue. Reading these reviews tells you otherwise. I still cannot get the app to even load on my phone. Please fix this! I'm not the only person having issues. This is a huge inconvenience! *** Can't connect. For a month I've gotten an "unexpected error" message. The app won't even load.
