Downloaded the app. registered my (email) user name and password. Tried to login but it says incorrect password. (it was entered correctly). I clicked to get a link sent to my email to change password and it didn't arrive (not in spam either). I just went in to the app to try and get a new password link sent again and the app closed. this is not a "quick and easy" process?! ugh

Trying to access app. Won't recognise log in and if you do the forgot password link it stops running. Used the old app in Europe in 2015 and it worked fine. Just topped up the account and feel ripped off. Leaving on an overseas trip soon don't need these drama's.

If you are ever thinking of buying this travel seem, my advice please dont as it is a waste of your money and time. Get to your destination and buy a local sim card as that will be the smartest thing to do. I bought the $50 sim card which entitled me to two sim cards. I reharged both sim cards with $100 and $65 respectively but just a day into my trip in Singapore, i got a text message saying i have run out of data and requesting i recharge again. on top of the service keeps dropping off.

I have never experienced such an appalling app as Travelsim. If I wasn't leaving for overseas so early tomorrow I would be heading to the Post Office to demand my money back. If I can't login , what chance do I have of making and receiving calls and texts. I'm ropeable. Australia Post hasn't heard the last from me. Bill Fox, Brisbane

same experience as the last couple of reviews - incorrect username or password called support, apparently this app is the wrong one for the cards currently for sale at aus post stores...

Handy to use and intuitive. That was then. As of May 2019 this app needs major work.

This app doesnt work. I'm told the one that looks the same but doesn't have the word 'prepaid' in the name is the one to use.

Presently faulty. Won't open.

Latest app update closes as soon as you try to open. Patchy coverage in some areas of Europe eg capital of Slovenia. Worked well with O2 network in Germany. Frustrating! Worked perfectly in 2016.

Next to useless, balance never updates or updates rarely. Recharge from app didn't work. Apart from telling me what my phone no. was, I could find nothing that actually worked.

App will not open so is not possible to see my balance. Also very expensive - next time I go overseas I will buy a SIM locally

This is another Vodafone AusPost conjob ripoff. The Vodafone word should have been a warning and having Aus. Post there should have had sirens sounding. $50 lasted about 20 minutes in Manhattan NYC. And that wasn't even heavy useage. And then you are stuck. Cannot recharge because you now have no internet. This just once again confirms the rapacious nature of Aus Post and the fxxk you approach of Vodafone. Problem was solved by buying a cheap sim card from an outlet here in NYC. Never again Aus Post. Never again.

Travel sim worked well for me, calls between USA and Australia were clear. Data also worked but too expensive to use except in emergency. As previous reviewer said, use free Wi-Fi at your motel. I would like to see smaller recharge amount, say $5.
