I opened an account and consolidated my super to AS account, then I found out that I had an old account with AS that I didn't even knew it existed and active. So I asked to close it, but instead they went behind my back and requested my employer to transfer my super to the old account so that they can take their fees for almost 16 months, Fees for having an empty account. Who gave you permission or right to do so without my knowledge and acceptance. They hang up on me cause they have no answer

It would be useful if the app allowed more than one account without having to clear the data to login to the other account. It's not a very elegant solution.

Very disappointed as the app doesn't provide a basic level of accessibility. At least pick up text and background colours that contrast to make things easier to read

Very well thought of, simple and useful application. It would be good to add a simulation based on the user's current principle to encourage young Australians to invest more into their super. The app has an excellent initial page, allowing a simple contribution method and could be supported with a simulated future value, if they continue to deposit at frequency over time. Eg: in the chosen investment option and in accordance with the member's age and chosen point of retirement. Well done.

It keeps saying my pin code is incorrect... After a few attempts I am locked out of my account.... Then I have to reset password.... Start that process only to find out that the service fails and you can't actually update / reset the password. It's not the first time that this has happened. Why don't you just provide a widget to see super balance and last contribution details??? Not happy!

I can appreciate the effort put into the design of this app. I'm pleasantly suprised at how easy it is to access my super and transfer funds and love the animations. Would be cool to have a page that gives me a rundown on where my super is invested (which is why I gave a 4) complete with charts, graphs etc.

Well... It works. But the UI leaves a lot to be desired

I have a samsung s8 and cannot open this app at all. It returns a message to say it cannot run on rooted devices (mine has not been rooted) then closes. update 19/8/2019: after reading your response, I uninstalled then reinstalled the latest version from Google play. Still the same issue. why bother saying something's fixed when it's not. pathetic customer experience. thanks :(

Constantly unavailable.. when it works, the app is great. But most of the time i get an error saying "you've been logged out". I close the app and try again but just keep getting the same error. EDIT: thank you for the quick response. The update fixed it and the app is working great!

Absolute junk. Pin fails. Reset it. 3 days later pinfails again. Fix it. 2 days later pin fails. Stupid woftam,

Hi, I would like to see the menu/option that relates to beneficiary details: name, birthday, amount of benefit in percentage, and the date showed when it was made. Also, within this menu, we should be able to change or nominate new beneficiary details and benefit allocation, if the needs arise. Thank you for your attention.

Has stopped working after latest update. Samsung S8

I have a Galaxy fe S21 and the pop up message when opening the app states This app is not supported on rooted devices (my phone is not rooted). Did what was suggested by uninstalling and reinstalling. Same issue. Same thing happens on my wife's Galaxy S9. Not happy

I've been with Australian Super for along time and I love it.

Powerful management tool, real time reporting, in-app switching of investment options. Now app crashes on login.

Doesn't work at all. I've tried on mobile data, WiFi, VPN on, VPN off, restarted the phone but regardless I cannot get into the app. All I get is a network error claiming its unable to connect to the network... It's completely useless in its current version.

App will open, but then once I close it (completely) and try to reopen, it will not open. I have to restart my phone everytime and most of the time that doesn't work either. I have to ununstall, clear the data/cache and reinstall. Brutal. Also the app is very ugly and looks old as.

Great app. I'm much more involved with my super now it's so accessible! Not just an invisible account to be forgotten about. Points off for not being able to see total year to date concessional contributions. Have to manually add up the contributions from the transaction screen

When it worked it was great. But unfortunately lately when you try to open the app it just flashes once on your screen and doesn't even open. Suggested rolling back to a previous working release or keep it up-to-date with the latest android releases. Using Galaxy S9+

When it works its nice and to the point. But their upgrades and stability is rubbish. Just uninstalled and installed for about 4th time in last fortnight. Samsung Note 9 you click on and flashes and does nothing. Have to ininstall/install to get working. Todays update will not accept the pin I have been using, locked my account and now wants a 13 character password, excuse me, 13 characters!!! Just useless, and what happened to my pin.

Member direct was throwing a bunch of errors. Called twice, the second operator told me to use a different browser because it couldn't possibly be anything else. Still getting errors on every different browser known to man. Rolled my entire balance into ING. See ya 👋

What rubbish, might as well not exist. The UI might be acceptable for 2011 but not 2021. When I tap logout to login to my other account it doesn't actually log out, just locks the app. Meaning I have to delete the app, reinstall it and then login to the other account. What a joke.

Just like quite a few others who have reviewed before me, I too have the problem where the app on my Samsung phone will not accept the PIN, I get an error message that the PIN is not correct, but the PIN is correct so not sure why this should happen. I never have any problems when I use the apple version on an iPad so can only assume it is a problem with the android version.
