Liked the old app better. Don't like having to sign in with my account no. Every time I access it. I liked just having to put my pin in.. Also, the details tab on each account has a lot more details, especially on the loans. When I was paid until, hour mick I was in advance and got much I could access. Interest rates etc. This aop now has got zip.

The new update makes what was simple now more complicated to use. It's slower than the previous app, and the update caused my home screen icon to permanently vanish.

When i went to sign in it said it wouldn't till i updated the app. So i did and now it wants me to start all over again with client number etc!! Won't let me in at all. Not happy at all.

This app is useless. Cannot even get my e-statement, or check when my loan are due and how much. All the essential information are gone. Now I don't even know when to pay my mortgage and how much.

The app is fine, but the update reduced functionality. I'd like to see a total balance of my accounts. The previous version included this, please restore it. Thank you.

Can't see my mortgage details anymore and have to log into a computer every month now. Made it so difficult and so unnecessary. Why would you do this??

When it works it does what it's supposed to but the app logs me out quite a lot and hangs on the initial screen requiring my to close it and reopen it (Samsung Ultra 21 using FP verification). If these issues are ironed out I'll change my review score, as I'm happy with it overall but these aren't annoying problems, they stop the core functionality which is a problem and has been since I've started using it (about 6 months) and sometimes force me to go to a PC instead...

Updated my app in Jan 2022 The latest update seems to have gone backwards from the old app. Function/ features lost with update: -unable to see net position in terms of total cash available -unable to see important info about your mortgage, interest rate, repayment amount, next payment due date

Stupid app. Doesn't keep accepting data. Have to sign in all over again every time they change the app. Have to go into the bank, 100km away.

The app is useless since auswide updated it in October 2019. It is now worse than it was when online banking first started. If it ain't broken don't fix it. Who are the Tech people? So I can tell every one not to bank with auswide.

I have had this app now for a few years. Always easy to manage. It required an update, however the wheel just keeps spinning. I uninstalled & tried reinstalling, again the wheels keeps spinning. Now I don't have this app & it's dam inconvenient. Pls fix.

Basic banking app that does what it is supposed to do. Very frustrating that upon opening, the app regularly freezes on the initial logo splash screen. Needs to be closed and reopened multiple times just to be able to sign in.

Terrible app It freezes on the front screen cant even get to the login. Its sooooo frustrating. Extremely slow comparing to the 4 other banks I have apps for. Has a feel of a beta version gone wrong .

Absolutely useless app since update. Can't even open the app without it crashing every single time. Really handy when it's my ONLY way to check my bank account and pay bills when I'm 1500k from civilisation. FIX IT.

I've just upgraded from Samsung S8 to S10. I've installed the app but I can't get past the Sms secure login, I am not receiving the code via sms to enable me to login, not sure whay is going on or how to fix it, not happy as I rely on the mobile app daily.

This new version is totally useless - it freezes at the opening screen - can't log in - have deleted and reinstalled every day!!😡

Downloaded and can't even get past the log in page, repeatedly tells me my credentials are incorrect even after resetting and uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

App keeps freezing! I have to install and unstall this app every week. Not sure if it works well with samsung 10? Very frustrating....Good bank bad app

Useless. Always closes. After reinstalling it won't even open long enough to let me re-enter my login details. Please invest in development as your banking competitors are streets ahead with their apps and other technologies.

Great app. Lately keeps crashing and I can't get in. Did the update, made no difference. But otherwise love this app. Update the app is now working woohoo 👍👍👍👍

Bpay function is useless. Once I enter the biller code, it does not proceed when the NEXT option is pressed. No point in having a bill paying function that can't pay bills.

The updates that were done have only made the app worse, I can't even get into it! I'm changing to commonwealth so I can actually some banking done.

Useless app. Have reset password numerous times. Logs in once and then never again so you need to reset the password again.

Since its upgrade, hard to log in, keeps telling me no connection on my samsung s10. I've reinstalled 3 times

The new update is terrible. It never refreshes. I always have to log in to do my balance peek

Since updating to new phone, Doesn't open just sits on home screen. Useless such a pain having to go to website to login.
