Autel Robotics Starlink

They seem to want you to use samsung products only becuase my superior Asus tablet isnt supported by this software, nor will they release an update making it usable for it. Works once in a blue moon but not enough to be used during flight...

AUTEL is an all around great company, backed by there outstanding products, including this app. Well thought out, intuitive and good looking! You cant go wrong with AUTEL!

I have had my x star premium going on 4 years and have never crashed it and it's in the same condition sense the day I bought it. I have more faith in my x star than my inspire 2. I believe that autel could do more than dji if they wanted to.

I love Autel Robotics drones, I'm a Autel Robotics x star premium pilot, and I definitely want the Evo as well. they have the best customer service and the very great quality products. Next step is the Evo for sure..

Every time I fly I have to uninstall and reinstall app You think in 4 years they might fix it unless you are flying in Beijing , That being said I Love this drone

Great app for the x-star drones. Many drine apps are junk. This is the exception.

Great app but will be better if we can record the video on control device instead of SD card

I'll first start off by saying that Autel makes a great drone and have the best customer service that anyone even the most disgruntled customer could ask for. I ran into issues with my drone due to compass errors and from the reviews I've read it seems to be an issue with people using the APP on LG devices and that was the device I was using when I lost control of my bird due to a compass error. hopefully Autel could fix this issue.

I am so glad that I chose the Autel X-Star Premium Drone once I decided to purchase one. It is so easy to learn to fly even for a beginner like myself. Their customer service is just awesome. I have a Samsung Tab 4 tablet which makes for a fairly large screen and the app works great. I can zoom in 2x which is OK but I wish it would zoom in tighter. Maybe it does and I just need to fly more.

I'm a newbie just started with only 4 flights in beginner mode. No crashes and all seemed to work as advertised. Had some interference that caused a lost signal and could not get it back. Failsafe worked flawlessly but I was always in sight of the drone. Great Stuff! Can't wait to fly again.

Keeps disconnecting from Android 8+ Google phones. Almost lost my drone 4 months ago, haven't been able to use it since. Attempted on Nexus 6p on Oreo. Pixel 2 on Oreo and Pie. Neither stay connected for the duration of the flight, and when it disconnects you can not get it to reconnect. Literally had to pull out my Nexus 5 to see if I could get this app to work.

You can't go wrong buying into the Autel Robotics because for the money you get way more than what you pay for. Their service is 24/7 and top notch. There's nothing else out there that has the kind of service that Alltel provides to back up its product and to answer any questions you may have at any time of day. The All Star premium definitely gives DJI a big-time run for their money. DJ I would do well to look in their rearview mirror 24/7 because autel robotics is coming up fast behind them

Worked flawlessly right out of the box. Customer support is second to none. Looking forward to the new drones and cameras Autel is coming out with,.Will buy again BTW I got a refurbished for 200$ less than new. Just wish they would come out with a waterproof model, got to pick your days in the pacific northwest.

After latest update I'm having major issues! When I use orbit mode I will set my obit size and start my obit and the quad will start doing the obit bit will stop halfway through and the quad freezes and hovers then I get warning messages saying there are not enough GPS or something like that. I can't get a chance to read these messages because they click on and off so fast on screen that I can't read. I know it's saying something about satellite's and GPS and my home position vanishes! I was using this app on my iPhone 6 plus before yesterday and everything was fine on that version but when I use on my Nexus 6 32 GB with 3gb of RAM it doesn't seem to work right. I think k I'm going back to the older version on iOS because I didn't have issues using auto pilot functions on iOS.

I was worried about flying a drone at this price with a fear of crashing it. Gotta admit, my fears are gone. This app lets me know exactly whats up. Thanks

Each new release of the app gets better and better. Really like the "Find my drone" feature for that what if moment. Don't want to use but it's comforting knowing its there. A++ on Autel's development team.

I absolutely love this drone! And the app is pretty awesome too. the most useful mode is waypoint as I can draw routes on the screen before take off, then fly the drone as plotted. the drone does everything smoothly and I can save the route to favorites once completed, to fly again. Need to zoom in close enough so your route can be set precisely where you want it. Overall, the app works well with the drone and the integration is seamless and easy to use. Recommend you spend some time just trying out the features before you expect to deploy for operational use.

Great product, I find myself using the X Star more often than i use my Inspire and Phantom. The camera on the X Star Premium is better and the app more user friendly.

App updates are excellent. I've been flying my X Star just over a year. I am a especially pleased with customer service.

App works well for the features that do work. I cant figure out how to preplan a flight not connected as advertised using v2.0.3.20 and samsung galaxy s7.

This is the best software, and a very powerful tool for anyone flying the X Star Drones. They have done a great job.
