How does the app unprovisions itself. It has unprovisioned itself at least 3 times within 2 days due to either me exiting the app or the app restarting itself. I have to constantly request for a new provisioning link to access the citrix system. It would be nice if there is an option for users to log into their own accounts that are provisioned instead of the app or device itself being provisioned as a slight change to the app or device would result in the app unprovisioning itself
Provisions keep dropping out and I've had to reset it about 5 times in the last few months. Really poor. A couple of working hours lost due to the issue.
Breaks constantly and requires me to reprovision. The app itself is also poorly made, as actions stop the entire application until whatever is happening in the background completes (ya'll should look into async).
Everytime I open it it gives me the last code I used. I locked my VPN quite a few times until I figured this out. And the button for renewing the codes does not work.
Very poor App, I've tried multiple times to scan my QR Code and always get a provisioning error message. My IT Department have sent several QR Codes and none of them have worked.
Less than terrible. App constantly needs restarting by the IT team. I cannot get into works systems without this app. Total waste of time.
downloaded app to enable me to work from home and it won't open. How on earth does this work? it says my laptop not optimised for the app do not know what this means or how to correct it
Keeps crashing on android. A nightmare. Will discourage organisations to use Swivel as a work login solution - will end up wasting both employee and IT support time at scale.
Terrible, I don't know how or why I keep getting un-provisioned. My work us it and in 8 month I have been kicked out at least once every other week.
Very poor app as of late, i need to uninstall it and reinstall every time I want to log into my virtual desktop into citrix.
4th time the app unprovisioned itself. Do you actually test before releasing? If you open with a bad network it fails. Very poor.
Only gave me the right code once, then each time I use the provided coded, the system informs me that it's a wrong code.
Worked mostly fine until today. Works once then locks up with a yes and no question that doesn't work

Utter garbage. Un-provisions itself basically once a week. Id rather not wait an hour on hold every week with my orgs IT support to just log in.

It's OK.
From an IT professional standpoint this app can be a pain to provision, it does drop the provision a lot, seemingly randomly, but personally I have few issues, there is a minor annoyance in that it doesn't move from the last code but it's fine once you get used to it. Also not sure on the reason for separating the last 2 digits, odd design choice.
