I really like the service and the flexibility of the app. I give it two stars because the app constantly times out. The password doesn't save, so you have to input your 8 digit combination password over and over.
It works BUT the authorize button it's right at your hand and 9 times out of 10 the signatures are incomplete for bumping on the button prematurely. MOVE IT TO THE TOP out of the way. Got a reply in July. Now December and no fix. Clients still bumping into the authorize button and processing prematurely before signature can be completed.
There needs to be a place to write a reference on the receipt. ...Update 9 months later and no update to the app. We would love to delete items we no longer use but that is not an option either. We would love to be able to put a reference or customer name on transaction.
I would give it no stars if I could. Constantly kicks us out when our passwords are valid and u have to re login with every transaction. Terrible. Inconvenient.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. App is non functional, clunky, and seems like it was designed by a russian programmer from the 70's. Hasn't been updated since 2015? How is this possible?
It works when it wants to. I put in the correct login info for 4 months and it is a hit and miss, more miss then hit.
You have to login every single time, it is such a hassle. When its time to change your password you can't log in until you get on computer and change password. Have customers standing here waiting for nonsense.
easy to use, the only improvement i would suggest is when you are logged out for inactivity, that you are returned to the home screen
Application crashes every time you try and set receipt in settings. Running on a Samsung Tab A, android 11
its garbage. customer support is at least a 40 min wait. and the app never works. also it takes a week for your money to be deposited.
app never works, always says user authentication failure
It worked one time then it network timeouts.
This app doesn't accept certain valid passwords and doesn't function as intended.

Tried to create an account but the app says they can't authenticate the name and password, when trying to sign on, will try another company... the reviews I've read after the fact show me this app is useless.
I have entered the same password for awhile now. And now it is telling me unable to authenticate. It does not even have the ability to retrieve password.
would be better if I could use my tablet alsoo nrxxus 10

This looks like a first ever generation when apps were introduced. Where are all the features we come to expect. Look at all you low ratings and do something about it
I've used a few other key in credit card apps and this one is fast, easy to correct (online), and good customer service who speak English. I definitely recommend

It crashes 10 seconds after getting the authorization and my boss gets kinda mad when I can't get it. Besides that it's pretty solid
In 2016 when almost everybody have fingerprint authorizations on their phone or at least quick password option it is really odd not to even save login info
It will get the job done, but really lacking in features. This should allow customer name to be entered when manually entering card number. First thing that should be added is to use camera to take pic of card and OCR into correct fields. I just used that exact feature on a website when checking out. That would be a better option than using a card reader.
After entering the all the data on all the different screens, the app force closes. When I re-enter the app I have to pull up recent transactions to get the Transaction ID. This just started recently. The app was 5 stars before these recent issues. I am using a LG GPad X 10.1
This app needs biometrics options added to it. Every single other app does this app has not been updated since 2019 please consider adding this feature. I tried to email you instead of leaving this review but you don't read the emails sent to that address anymore. Having to manually sign in every single time in front of a customer is just a pain this app would be great paired with the physical readers that are available if I could sign in with my fingerprint.
