I wish I could give it more stars as I think it would be a great app but I am unable to access my subscription. I see others have said its fixed but unless I'm doing something wrong I can't access it.
They have fixed the app and it works perfectly now. The magazines are easy to find and easy to read through. Thank you for hearing our concerns and working on the app!
I am subscribed to not only the current year, but also paid for all back issues of the digital magazine. There is literally no way to log in to my account in this app. Settings only brings up "Subscribe" and when I tried "Subscribe" it gave me my option and no link to continue to even try to make it see I already was subscribed. The only button that works beyond the main screen is the "Buy" button but there is no way I'm paying $6 for something I already should have access to. Very disappointing
Makes Life Easier! They recently updated the APP and I must say it is very easy to use. Very user-friendly. Thank you for working hard on improving it. Stay au-some!
The upgraded version is wonderful, I can zoom I'm and also I am able to get to all my subscriptions. Very good.
Purchased a full subscription and could never get the back issues to work. When I reached out to customer service for help, they cancelled my subscription without my approval instead of helping me figure things out. I was looking forward to this resource, but they must have felt I was too much trouble. Very disappointed.
Hi, Thank you for the nice app, but I can't login for my subscription, I would love to give this 5 stars, please I know you are doing very important & nice job, but this app can be developed much better. It's missing lots of things, such as: Login My library (if there's a special magazine that the person brought) And other things I could think of it, please do a major update to better version. All the best & thank you again for the good job.
Cannot access my subscription. You might want to fix by adding a log in button. Major flaws in this app. It should've been fixed before releasing it. Very disappointing that I can only read the magazine IF I'm at home and on my laptop.
Paid for subscription and all the back issues but can't figure out how to view them in this android app. Basically can't get it to work. Will have to revert to a desktop version at some point. Disappointing experience.
Autism Parenting Magazine has helped me out in so many instances over the years with my two autistic sons aged 12 and 16. From potty training issues to eating issues to sleep issues to remembering to take care of myself, Autism Parenting Magazine has covered it all. Even though I've been doing this for 16 years every month there are at least several articles which pertain to something that we are experiencing currently, and I find APM incredibly helpful.
I paid for the app version to view the magazine, I am not able to view it in the digital app. HORRIBLE SERVICE-several days for a response??? I knew I should not have went this route. Alot of negative reviews and I am close to going on every site to warn them of this app and website! Trash! No.issues with receiving all of your dissatisfied customers payments though. Do better! This is for our children with autism, if I could.give u a 0 i would.
i beleave there is so many entrances to everything, difficult to use. and it says to try for only for 1$ dllr and after that seems to change to $3.99. it is so odd im even thinking its a scam. i just hope everything turnsnout to be just dificulty.
I hate to give bad reviews but I ran out of patience. I paid full for 1 year subscription for this app but I did not get any access till now;This is very disappointing experience with this app.I emailed but they gave some ticket & answered that it can take many days to see my problem. Its horrible.How this item is on Google store.They will take money at once & will not even answer.Please solve this issue if you can.Thanks

Purchased a subscription with addons. Cannot get any magazine to open on the app. Have contacted support with no reply. Very disappointed.

Encouraging and supportive! I am just starting but i am quite excited for my son especially who is autistic. I recommend this magazine to all parents of kids with Autism. It will help you in unexpected ways!
Says I need to connect to the internet. But I am connected. I click reload and nothing happens. Just a white screen.

I had originally had many problems with accessing my subscription on all varieties of mobile devices. I am very pleased that this has now been fully resolved. The magazine can be read on my android phone and my iPad. I am also able to read it on my Kindle if I sideload it using APK installer. The magazine has always been excellent, and it is so much better being accessible on mobile devices. Thanks for resolving these issues.
