Virtually everything I could ask for in a tuner The only thing I completely hate about this is, they removed the ability to see what tune you were using when you have SOTF tunes installed. You really have no idea what tune you are in so you could be in the street tune while towing and burning up your engine. Seems like it would be easy to add back in. Using the barometric pressure doesn't work. Otherwise awesome tuner, awesome app.

I love the power and easy accessibility to it with just a click, the connection is much better with a lot more options on the display

I love the setup but it is very basic. Wish they would add another tile page that you could swipe over to and look at different gauges. Also to be able to customize the gauge cluster a bit more so that way doesn't it doesn't look so plain. Wish it looked as good as the CTS2. Also could add a way to customize the tiles and gauges while not having to be in the vehicle. Very Basic! Will change review if changes are made.

I didn't know what to expect when I bought this last year but it has continued to please me with how convenient, and easy it is. I like the new folder structure to organize all the tunes. I have also been amazed by the great customer service. Getting in touch with a technician is so easy. I have had some questions and they were addressed quickly through the chats with techs. One suggestion I had, even made it into the latest software update. This does everything I wanted and more.

For some unknown reason I lost my technician my technician and I can't get that back to get that back I even called to find out how I can get it back but it's $700 Already paid for the program but from the technician standpoint I have no technician so I can't get any help with that That's why there's 2 stars no service after the sale

Absolutely love the app but would greatly appreciate the ability to add more than the maximum amount of 8 gauges to the screen I would like to be able to view at least 10 digital gauges on one screen. I also would find it very helpful if it would give the the option of audible warnings instead of red numbers.

Got this setup through dirty diesel super disappointing go another direction can't change anything and doesn't work the edge cts3 well at all, Tuning options for end user are zero don't buy ez lynk I am so disappointed in this junk.

Good app. Sometimes there is connection issues with the head unit but for the most part it's solid.

The app works good for the most part. This is the second truck I've had it on. On both trucks the EGT readings began surging between 243 and 2000 even when the truck is off. To get it to reconnect after a firmware update, you have to unplug the module for 10 seconds and plug it back in.... The only problem is they tell you not to turn the key off or unplug it, but I have left it in my truck for over an hour trying to "restart".

Will not install. Just comes up "Pending" and does nothing. I've turned the phone off twice, and cancelled and restarted install 5 times. Same thing. Galaxy S22 Ultra

Works awesome, only change would be not defaulting the speed to 50 mph on initial setup. Didn't realize it did that and had no throttle response after load. Thought it may have been a fuel filter issue and spent a 25 degree morning changing fuel filters in the snow. After sitting at a truck stop for several hours figured out that there is a default setting set at 50 mph, if not for that definitely 5 start.

First and foremost, the app does its job. However, it needs simple customizations. I prefer the gauges layout, but every time I start the app, I have to choose gauges. Why not have the ability to make the gauges layout the default? Ability to change color theme? Option to have more but smaller gauges (like the app Torque allows)?

Won't update as of today. Update 12/20/19. Had to unplug auto agent and reboot the system. Not the first time it's glitched or disconnected. 1/27/21 Constant issues connecting and must unplug the darn thing from the OBD port to reset it so it'll connect to the app. It finds and connects to the wifi of the agent, but the connection doesn't happen in the app. Barely use because of this issue.

Great app, works smooth and quickly. Very nice to look at and use. What would make it 5 stars from me, would be allowing the user to pin the 'app/home/back' buttons to the bottom of the screen. I find when trying to back out of the app I end up accidentally editing the layout of my tiles/gauges pages.

Truly, I cannot rate this app. EZ Lynk Auto Agent was installed on my '15 Ram Cummins this past Monday. I received an e-mail telling me that my installer "handed over" my truck to me, and I should "accept vehicle". I have tried this close to a dozen times. It asks for my email and my password. I enter my email, but have absolutely no idea what the password is. So, I click on the "forgot password" button and am. told "To reset your password please follow the link that we sent you to (my email.address)". However, I have yet to receive the link. Additionally, if I click 'create an account' and enter my email address, I receive a notifocation, 'Account with this email already exists'! Auto Agent might be a good program, but I cannot access it. Any help rectifying this situation would be greatly appreciated. When/if I am Finally able to access and use this app, I will fix the appropriate number of stars. UPDATE: FINALLY, on 31/January 2021, after trying to log in yet again, I was successful and was able to plug in and access EZ-Lynk. AutoAgent2. Nice to see all of the various gauges and settings. Still trying to find out how to change the HP.settings. Will provide additional updates after gainig full access.

Doesn't work. I got my new truck in 2018 and did a tune right away, a year later I can't access my account and no tunes or anything. Kiss my 1800$ good bye 👋. I've been trying to call customer service and email them and no response on this matter. Corey is scanning people don't trust him

Instant Phone Hard Lockup first launch, fresh download. Have to hard reset phone to recover. Uninstalled immediately.

App crashes everytime. I downloaded this app and everytime I try to create an account the app will freeze my phone and I have to do a hard reset. I've tried deleting app and re-downloading but nothing helps.

Fantastic app! This is the first tuner I've ever used so not much experience but this app and tuner are fantastic!

I'm not computer savvy, took me a little bit to figure out. But I did and I like it. Tech support chats help me also.

Wish it would allow you to choose a startup page. I like the gauges screen, but every time you load it up you have to switch to the screen you want. I also lose signal a lot with the auto agent. Nice product, just needs more work.

Have had it ever since I've had my 15' Powerstroke and never have had a problem with the app. This is probably the best programmer on the market. Having the ability to simply send you files and firmware updates, along with the user having the ability to send data logs or check diagnostic codes all thru this app. Auto Agent is way easier and faster than having to allow someone to take control of your computer, thus operating on their time. If I could give a higher rating then 5, I would. EZ is always updating, tweaking, making it better. When an issue arises their customer service/tech support is amazing. Thanks for your hard work and addressing/fixing the issues I have had!

Very easy to install . Directions on the sotf switch could have been a little better . Overall a simple install and very good technical install of the basic tunes . I would highly recommend this product and services to even beginners.
