Trying to create a new account to use it but it keeps telling it cannot validate credentials. Used 2 different email accounts and changed password complexity, no difference. Maybe it's great after you get an account but it's not very useful at the moment. Edit.. Moved up to a 3 star, after leaving it alone for a few min, and writing my review, it finally let me create an account. We will see how it goes now.
Created my account, added my vehicle but when I viewed the registration it was incorrect. Expiration date: 05/31/202 (correct year is 2022). Waste of time and effort to figure out how to print it only to realize it's WRONG. I updated my rating from 1 🌟 to 4 🌟. Shortly thereafter I received an email from the developer asking for more information so that they could correct the error. The error was fixed in less than 12 hours! This is the 1st time I've received an email regarding my issues.
Download was easy from app store. The app, however, can't find my car information after multiple attempts to enter the data. I'm logged in to service, email is verified, and my network connection is solid. Software just doesn't work. If the developer can fix the issue I will regrade the app. Till then . . .
You can't create new account. I renewed my yearly license tag online, but when you download the App, it doesn't even let you create a new account. It gives an invalid error without a description after you try to enter your password on setup. I uninstalled the app immediately because it didn't work!
It used to work great. Awesome tool. But last month (Sept 2021) I renewed 2 vehicle registrations and it worked but the app will not update. It still shows expired. I try to sync it and the circle just spins and spin. Please fix this issue.
Almost there. The app shows registration info, but there is no way to print. Nor can you screenshot it, then print because there is no zoom function and the image is displayed larger than the screen.
Were the app developers drinking when they created it? I tried to add my car, but keep getting "error, vehicle not found." Tried clearing cache, uninstall/reinstall twice. Error remains. App is trash. Save yourself a headache & go online to the county website to renew/check status, etc.. Respose to App Developer's comments; No thanks. As stated above, I handled my business online, on my county's website. It took less than 10 minutes to complete. App already deleted.
It's great some highschool student got to do an advanced version of a hello world app but maybe let their big brother polish it up some. A faq that actually has usefulni formation it it would be a great start. Some UX work to make it more clear what we need to do would be mind-blowing. I camt rate how well it works because I CANT USE THE THING. I TRIED THREE DIFERENT CARS AND NONE OF THE PLATES COULD BE FOUND!! Are you just grafting the state?
It is not letting me signup at all. Then shows as internet connection required. I have wifi and 4g on at the same time. I think this app is not ready yet. 2 start definitely for the concept. hope some day it will work .. I might try it again next year
Would be great if it worked properly. I went to dmv a week ago and renewed my tag. The app still shows my old registration. Do not see how anyone can rely on this app that presents you or law enforcement with out dated information????? Keep your old school documents handy or run the risk of a ticket for not carrying current information. Amazing that the state of Tennessee endorses this.
This app is a scam. Do not use this app. The data being transmitted doesn't appear to be encrypted and you really have no idea who you're sending this data to. Uninstalling...
Memphis government needs to find another developer because this POS doesn't work. Why would i even have to look for my title number??? Went and found my titles; enter my plates with title numbers just for this thing to tell me "information not found". Thank you for wasting my time.
So far so good. Hint: atleast for Tennessee users..... These service is new for Tennessee so you vehicle may not be in the system until you renew you plates/sticker.
No way to change addresses. No way to upload military orders or LES if your military, or any other verification documents. I downloaded this and it still wont let me pay. I have received consistant error messages stating that it could not processes my payment at this time.
Downloaded APP to renew my registration. Created account & when I tried adding my vehicle by entering the plate & title no, it gave me an error message that my information was not found. No contact information to report the issue to anyone.
Works great! I put my 3 cars in and it shows both my registration and proof of insurance. I did finally figure out that the "Title" it is asking for is the Title No just below the License Plate No.
Great App, Registration and Insurance all in one place. WOW! Also love being able to renew straight from the app anytime, anywhere day or night.
The app asks for a title# but there is nothing on the registration listed that way. Use the same verbiage that's on the TN registration in your app to make it easier for the user to translate.
I used to think this app was wonderful. Until I purchased a new car. Now I get a vehicle information not found error. The county clerk website finds my car information why can the app.
I'm currently trying to use this app, but it keeps telling me that it can't find my vehicle information when I know I've entered the correct information about 6 times already. Feel like this was just a waste of time.
Tried to renew my registration, but tells me registration is not found. This Ap is useless. Best to deal with nonsense that is vehicle registration in person or directly online unfortunately.
It can't tell I'm on the Internet. I enter plate and title and it says "Validating... an active Internet connection is required to save plate". Well, clearly I HAVE one.
Finally an app that can track all 7 of my vehicles. Now I can easily see expiration and print a copy of the registration.
Would've loved to give it a chance, idea is a great idea, but I could not add my car, even when i was looking at the tag and title numbers
Could not enroll, invade e-mail, no matter what e-mail used. I am not contacting customer support!!!. The top 3 mail accounts should not have issues.....
App keeps saying that I need an internet connection. I've tried it with WiFi and with 4G and neither works. Any suggestions?
This is easy to use as long as you put in the correct info. The developer is willing to help work through any issues you may have as a user.
Doesn't work. It can't find My vehicles in Maryland. Uninstalling.
Entered the correct information title number and plate number. No records found. Waste of download.
In my experience, it does not work. I created a login, then attempted to add a vehicle by entering my plate and title number. I attempted upper case, lower case, no spaces, with spaces, and verified the accuracy of my entry many times. Unfortunately, all attempts resulted in the response ERROR "Vehicle information not found." As a consequence, there is no function.
