Auto Battery Saver Lollipop
This application uses an accessibility service to turn on the battery saver feature, therefore it must be activated manually from the device settings.To activate this app as an accessibility service, open the device settings/accessibility then select "Auto Battery Saver", and turn on the service.
Note that this service does not collect any kind of data.

Awesome, I will test it out and see if it holds true. Nice small app size with very little permissions. Update does not work on my lg g3 running 5.0.1 I did everything needed and when testing it, the app says it stopped. Please fix for 5 stars again. Update also not working on my LG V10 running on android 6.0
only free app that automatically turns on the phones battery saver when device is unplugged from power.......simple to use and no ads no required permissions

The concept is good but this is annoying because it activates only when you disconnect the power cord and it interupts anything youre doing. It should be activated on reboot or have some other choices.
