This app is terrible on the Google pixel 2. There are no graphics on any of the categories. It looks unfinished. It's been last updated in Sept it's now Nov fix the issue with the graphics please. As of now I have to go to the desktop site to use
It's a great app that functions almost perfect, except images don't load. I've emailed their support team. Other than that this app and store is great for parts, especially with the free shipping over $50 and rewards program.
couldn't get any items to transfer into my cart. App repeatedly failed even after uninstalling it and installing it again. You're site cost your company a decent sale because I wasn't able to use the app. It also forced me to have to spend more than I intended somewhere else. Please fix.
ordered a part from this company on 2/13/19 and the next morning i wanted to see if i can check the shipping status on my order and i had a msg that the order was declined, i went online for my debit card and saw that $32 was taken out of my acct for this part, thank god i ordered a less costly part and not the part i actually needed, i emaild the company and now in the process of trying to get the part or my money refunded, will add to or delete this review pending the outcome of my situation.
Would be a great app,if not for it closing every time you try to remove an item from your cart,had to uninstall after sending several reports and no response.
This app was woking fine and actually a fairly reasonable app to use. But for some reason the app has stopped working, "something went work try again latter." Please fix the,problem.
Not really sure about the site because it will not take my user email. The site replies that my email isn't valid even though they send me emails on the same one that I'm trying to log on with.
Terrible app. Pictures are fuzzy and out of focus. When you hit the back button it takes you all the way back to the top of the page
On 6/14/19 made order for 323.82 , this is all I gave them permission to touch. My Bank account shows 323.82 pending, exactly what it should. 6/15/19 they tie-up another 118.02 , So now they have 441.84 dollars of my money tied up. That is not the end, the Representative on the phone said the other 205.80 would be taken off. Which makes it 323.82 for the second time. I would have 323.82 back in my account in 4 to 5 days. THIS IS MY F-N MONEY YOU WAS ONLY AUTHORIZED TO TOUCH 323.82 NOT $441.84

The only communication I could get out of this site was " We don't know what happened, but it wasn't very good. Try again." It's a cute little come back, but I still couldn't find the part I was looking for. I could've bought it from you, but not like that. P. S. I even tried opening another another account with another email to no avail.

You changed the app look and it will not let me remove item's from cart, everytime I try it stops working.

Wasn't able to find categories for shop hardware ie single kits or contractor fasteners bulk cut to size brake lines 20ft-60ft etc and fittings but it's only my second day looking

Love the website but on my pixel 2 it no longer shows pictures of anything on the app and Everytime I open the contact us option, it automatically closes the app every single time. Would love to buy off the app but I need to see what it looks like at least.
