Stupid, useless app
I like new feature with photos for inspections. That's hard to do with just a paper. New quotes allow to use almost all features and stay with the free account.
I like this app. I like where the mechanic can write down their service hours. I also like that they can write down the quote along with the customer's vehicle and license 0late information. How convenient!
Great App for a small business. Provides an adjustable custom web page. Also has the biggest auto parts database I have ever seen!
This is a big help for that repair shop that's trying to stay organized.

Terrible! You cant even see half of the options letter are missing in text!
After 15 days you get locked out of everything and pretty much forced into buying the app. Definitely for a tablet. Took a little bit to learn but now it's easy. Would recommend a free version for one tech and then charge for 2 or more. Would recommend to someone if it had these options.
Nice app, really like it but it need a way to return to the main menu with out having to hit the back arrow a milliontimes after you add a bunch of stuff to an invoice.
It has even parts management tools and it very easy to use!
I am speaking to the entire system in this review. I like the idea of communicating with clients through the app, but getting your clients to use the app is a bit difficult 😕. The cell shop version I have installed but don't ever use. The tablet version works ok but kind of finicky with buttons especially in the corners of the screen. The PC browser version I love it has been great & affordable. I reached out to them since I am a single technician using this for side jobs & they gave me a slightly discounted rate. Also any issues that I have had, they have been prompt & helpful. Even when it's my fault. I see in the update that they have added OBD2 diag on the shop tablet version. I am anxious & curious to see how that works.
Wasted my time downloading it. Tried to see the functionality. Nothing works. So if ur time is money then highly recommend use ur time to make money not waste it by this app.
Simple and robust app for such small auto repair shops as mine! Inspection checklist looks pretty nice.
Great for a self-employed mechanic. Will definitely purchase after the trial period
