Paul Lipsky recommended this so I signed up to try it. My business model changed so I cancelled my account. Now they will not return the funds in my account which were to be used for auto shipping. There is no option to withdraw funds. They said if and when I come back the funds will be there. I don't intend to come back, so they effectively stole the money in my account. STAY AWAY!!! If this happened to you in the U.S., consider contacting your state Attorney General's office.
Since I made an account with my Google credentials, I can't get passed the login screen. So, I am unable to even use this app. I can only assume this app functions almost identically as a web app for their mobile version of their website. So, I recommend doing the following instead. Navigate to AutoDS' website in a browser that offers an "install/add to phone" option. After "installing" the website, it opens just like an app would and works very well. Hope this helps.
I wish I never wasted my time with this service, it was more trouble than it was worth. More time was spent following up on orders, out of stock items that didn't update, items that did not ship, prices that did not update and on top of it the fees left me with negative $500 in profit on $7k in sales. When I decided to no renew they locked my account 5 days early with dozens of open orders and money sitting in my account with no support at all. I wouldn't recommend this app/service.
What an incredibly frustrating and disappointing waste of time. Nothing works as advertised and has to be the least user friendly interface I've ever experienced.
Please don't EVER download this app. Not only does it keep saying it doesn't recognize your email ect. I'm trying to cancel the subscription these people are giving me hell and keep replying back offering different suggestions instead of cancelling it like I ask them to! Ask them like 10 times already they still haven't did it and keep making excuses. Definitely a big scam!
DO NOT GET THIS SOFTWARE NO 30 DAY GUARANTEE HERE This company is another one of those 'Free trial' free scams. Their software does not even do what it is intented to do They will take your money and outright refuse a refund! Even after you explain that you never used the software and simply forgot to end the trial. Even just a dissatisfied customer gets a refund most of the time, but here they Don't Care and told me to "just use it since it's already paid for" Unprofessional money grabbers!
Steer clear away from this app. It is useless! It does not provide ANY information on the mobile app and you always must use a computer.
Horrible company! Charged me months after I told them to cancel. Tried resolving issue with customer service, but they said that since 24hrs had passed since the charge they would not do anything!
Terribly bad got charged like 3 or 4 times to use it and it didn't even let me use the features I was paying for and didn't even get a refund don't download its terrible.
Do not use either the app or connect it to your store. It is rubbish. It disorganised my store and deleted my products. They care only about their monthly fee. They do not care about customer's satisfaction. Please avoid the app or their software. If you don't avoid them you will regret
The app used to work well but since they changed to the V2 it doesn't work at all. Constantly saying that my account is locked!
Great app ON PC. Rubbish on phone. Can't login doesn't recognise my email. Last updated in 2019 no one works on it anymore!
This app is literally trash I try creating an account on my phone an I was not able to enter into my account so I try resetting my password and that didn't work don't waste your time trying but it might work on a computer I don't but what I know that in phone it doesn't work
horrible, downloaded app and it says my email doesnt exist yet i can log in to the site through chrome. Seems the app isn't working at all
I wish I could try it! Iam liking the web app but the android app does not support gmail log on integration and the web portal does! So my account is not able to login.
I've been automating my dropshipping business for over 3 years with AutoDS. Super customer oriented and reliable. You guys deserve more than 5 stars. Keep it up!
The app needs to be updated for more functionality so that one could use it just as the website
The app is not polished, issues with uploading the products and doesn't fully replicate the website version.
Can't get it to load content for listing. Loads pictures but not data into listing... Won't upload.
Can't login to the app, nothing happens after hitting the login button

Poorest app I have made payment, neither been shown nor detected, seems to be a fraud. Please don't use it it is a scam and total waste of money
I can log in on my browser but the app tells me I have an error everytime I try to log in.
Don't like the app. Very poorly made. Just takes the online version and cramps it in the app.

This app is effectively just a webpage in a Java wrapper so they could put it on the app store. Which is fine. Its a tad slower than I'd like but no overall complaints. I'm able to do the same things on my mobile now that I can on my pc which is nice. I highly recommend anyone thinking of using this to do the initial setup from a computer, after that everything should run fine.
