No longer works. Only records the first video and then doesn't continue to loop for more videos. Uninstalled.
Dear App developer, I did give you a 5 star rating... However, as of lately your free version has a glitch. It won't display the speed correctly, and sadly there is no feature as to calibrate the GPS manually. Please have a look at it and fix the issue and I may consider purchasing the full version. Been using this for years. Love the app but it is needing an update so video can be uploaded. Google now blocking less secure apps so it needs an updated Google sign in to work properly.
I have used this app for some time and appreciated its functionality. Recently I had to reinstall it, and had to pay again for the pro features. It also won't let me upload anything to YouTube or sign in with my Google account after trying to remedy the issue from my Google settings it is still not working. If YouTube upload was working this would be a 5/5.
Update: Back to five stars. Multi-tasking now working again. 👍🏻 Started testing the app during Pro trial and found a bug but the bug was fixed before I had time to report it. Works flawlessly in background using any lense on S10 and waze in foreground. Highly recommend.
I like this application and find it extremely useful. Unlocking the pro features was worth every penny! When i try to use the feature to auto -upload to Google Drive, though, Google says the app is accessing sensitive info and blocks it. How can this be fixed?
This app is amazing! Works like a dashcam, except without having to spend $100's, its only a fraction of the cost for the pro version, which you can then have record in the background (eg. while using Google Maps). I would absolutely recommend this app. The only complaint I have is that my phone gets very hot while using the app, however that could because I am using this app to record video, and Google Maps at the same time (using Samsung S8+).
Auto background is not reliable also. I can literally start it and the preview starts, and at some point it goes away and nothing is recorded. It also seems to record black sometimes. Sometimes the phone seems to kill the app in background mode. Not reliable unfortunately. Video quality not nearly what my camera app can do. Lots of artifacts.
Refund please. Tried this app both paid and free on 3 separate devices and not only does none of the needed info save on their YouTube uploads. You know, what you'd need in court. Much more of a memory hog than others I've tried and I don't see how this app wouldn't fry your phone seeing as how it keeps them running so hot. Keeps freezing and unreliable. Not what I need in an emergency. I bought this last night. Feel free to issue a refund now.
Recorded videos are unusable. Something in this app will corrupt the files and render them unplayable. When attempting to watch something back the app states "video not playable". I tried to manually retrieve the files via my PC and found the videos are the videos are in a .3gp format that is damn near unusable on PC. Product does not work as advertised and the developer's email address does not work. DO NOT BUY.
When will the app security be updated to allow auto uploading again? Also finding that, on my Note 20 Ultra, the speedometer is out of sync.

what's going on with this app? It was solid and now I seem to have videos that are cut short. Some videos even disappear from my gallery. Having a tough time understanding how there is a huge gap on timing of videos as well as videos getting deleted without my doing so. Strange because even my trash gallery shows what has been deleted in past 2 days and a particular video that I need is no longer in my gallery.
This app is by far the easiest and most comprehensive app I have come across at the Google Play store. It has many many options and choices. I have not had the chance to test the collision detectability. So I can't comment on that however it has very minimal ads and I would highly recommend this app to anyone who is looking for a dash cam app for their phone! A+++
Great dash cam app, used it a few years ago and have come back as purchased "dashcams" keep failing... would love to see multiple associated apps as an option.. I use one app whilst working and another for day to day nav in the same vehicle, only option is to use the BT connection option for now. Would love to see an option to upload videos to alternative storage eg DropBox or Google etc.
The app is good, but I paid for the pro version a while back (one time purchase for life) and upgraded phones 3 tones since. Now suddenly its saying my pro trial expired. Not looking that I have to pay again. Not like $3 is a huge amount, but when I already paid and was told at that time it was a lifetime purchase, now I have to pay again? Seems like a cash grab attempt to me. I won't pay again as I'm sure there are other apps as good for free or similar pricing.
