Automatic Call Forwarding
When you are back home and your phone is connected to the home wifi, your phone will automatically forward calls to your home phone. Likewise, when you leave home, call forwarding will be automatically deactivated.

* Before you use the call forwarding functions in the app, please check with your sim card operator that call forwarding is enabled for your sim card and that the activate/deactivate prefix and suffix is correct (Default: activation: **21

Worked like once or twice... After that it keeps stopping on its own... So I uninstalled it

Works well on my Galaxy Note 4, I have it to automatically forward my Cell Phone Number to my home once I connect to my home network, and once I leave the house the phone automatically 'unforwards' (lack of a better term) back to my cell. Great APP, thank you
One step away from greatness! I use and depend on this app, as my home has terrible mobile reception, so forwarding to landline is essential. When this works it is the perfect solution. However, sometimes the mmi code fails (due to the bad reception) and I don't notice, which has lead to missing very important calls. If the app could continually retry the mmi code until it succeeds this app would be perfect! Update: Auto connect and disconnect has become unreliable, regardless of whether screen is on or not connection and disconnection does not start for ages or not at all. Would love some support but can find no contact details.
It does what it's supposed to. Nice solution to no reception at home so have to forward to land line when connected to home WiFi. Paid for a useful app.

Can you enable Time and Hours based call forwarding. Thanks.. Awesome app but I have no use of wifi based call forwarding. As I don't use wifi at home or work. Have unlimited mobile data.
Great concept on call divert triggered by wifi connection that better than GPS location，it would be much better if it supports conditioned call forwarding.
Wasted my time. Won't work with phones that don't take a Sim card.

Fantastic! It's a very basic app with very basic graphics. However it works well and does just what it says it does. It also doesn't require any unnecessary permissions.

Cannot get it to work on AT&T in the US. wifi active forwarding becomes active but does not fwd the call. manually tied and it gives me a MMI error.

Cell service is sketchy at my home, so this app makes getting calls SO much easier. Set up was a little frustrating, but I emailed the developer and got a response almost immediately! Now it works great and I never worry about missing a call.
I once used a similar app from another developer a year ago. But since my request for multiple SSID, and the developer agreed that it was a good idea, nothing has been done. Then I found this app and I am absolutely happy! This developer is also very responsive to my email queries as well. Good app - worth installing!
Had to mess with it for a few minutes before figuring out that leaving the settings at default worked for me (MetroPCS). I used the manual forwarding, added the number to forward to and boom. I saved $ that Metro would have charged for. Thanks Dev!!
Tried many codes out there but this app worked like a charm!!! Save a business deal for me, didn't missed my important call. Great job to programmers on this one.

Changed my review. Simply doesn't work. The app recognizes that in connected to the relevant wifi but does not engage call forwarding. So essentially useless.
