May 2022 update Now three stars as they've put a nice coat of polish on this turd. Looks better, but deleting my mowers. Great concept, but littered with little bugs. Of most notable, the 'distance from base' on the app does not match up with the 115H. Agreed that push notifications would be nice. Challenges when switching from metric to imperial; you can only do this swap on the app. The mower becomes incredibly confused and will not venture out to the farthest guide wire positions.
Was excellent....but now the app keeps displaying an error (slipped) whilst the mower is working just fine. But losing all remote connectivity as a result as the app keeps this error state. Bluetooth connection enabled which clears the app error until Bluetooth connection lost, when the app returns to error. Keeps saying firmware install available, never updates it as app keeps the error! Almost as jf the cellular connection is incapable now. Was so much better - no issues before the update!
The latest version of this app has been awful. It's takes 3 times as long to connect to the mower and show the status. Loading settings is very slow. The map function which previously worked great now is stuck on "collecting data for virtual map" and never updates. I use to use this app on 2 devices. Now one of them just shows the mower offline constantly.Please revert back the app or at least do some testing before releasing this.This mower was over 5K and you would expect a quality app to work
Great product but can you please put the "lawn coverage' on the main screen of the app! Everytime i have to send my mower out the front i have to click→more→settings→Instalation→Lawn coverage!Thats just to set my "area 1" on/off each time! It would be very handy to have the "areas" option on the main screen of the app to turn on/off! Please fix this!
Used to be (just) okay, but I really don't like the latest update. I don't want "Explore" and hate the stupid little badge for new messages. I can't make them go away without agreeing to something I refuse to agree to. I got an Automower so I don't have to think about the damned grass, not so I could be annoyed by "helpful tips" I didn't ask for in a section of the app that I didn't ask for. An option to disable the amazing new "Explore" feature would be just grand.
Edit 5/16/22: It now takes 7 to 10 seconds just for the app to open. And readability for the new content is negligible. "Improvements" are supposed to make things better, guys. Edit 5/15/20: The app has significantly improved. I'd like to see more functionality, but things are better. Original review: Husqvarna should be embarrassed! In less than a day of me using it, the app has gotten "stuck" three times with the wrong status.
I just love the automower. I call him Loid, short for LawnDroid. this is my 3rd season with the automower. it does a wonderful job. especially when you use Circle Cutting and Weather Timer. I'm on a 1/2 acre corner lot. people still stop and watch the automower, even though it's been 3 seasons. I like that it still mows in the rain. Zero complaints. I would definitely recommend this automower to people. I would like a flashing/strobe beacon on the top of the automower, for greater visibility .
After they revamp the app it's been acting very glitchy. If I push the go to dock or pause button while it's running it will most the time do the command but then on the app it will gray out the options. Then I can't do anything unless I go out to the mower and physically tell it what to do.
The update isn't working properly. One exemple: If you pause your mowing session the mower is paused but the app doesn't allow you to restart the session. You first have to click park then pause and finally you have the restart button available. Please correct
At par with the mower. Ultimately disappointing. Very slow to load settings. Crashes when starting there guidewire test which makes it impossible to test. A very good example of an overestimated brand. AVOID these mowers, very expensive and oh driven by the opposite of AI. Artificial Dumbness at its peak.
New app update is not working properly. Scheduling no longer works and app freezing regularly. Please roll back to old version ASAP. Brilliant mowers have had 2 for 5 years but this app upgrade is a disaster, we need to be able to schedule the mowers!
Newest update has broken the app. Used to work flawlessly, but now it disconnects whenever, making it impossible to use or make any changes to the setup. Before it was amazing though
App keeps getting worse and worse. Map doesn't show where my mower is or where it's been anymore. Just shows where it was about a week ago. App says Bluetooth is disconnected even though phone and mower both say they're connected. Try customer support chat, no help at all. One told me to check the fuel.
It's great. it's kept up with the grass so far. I'm still making adjustments here and there, but I expected that during the the first season. it's strange to look out at night and see her headlights coming across the yard.
From decent to bad. I'm constantly being signed out. But the worst new feature of this app is that they now hide important information (errors, start/stop times, etc) behind the Park and Start buttons. It's almost like the devs didn't even bother testing this app before releasing it
Great app and fantastic mower, only wish there was an option for manual control or some sort of priority zone as half of my lawn grows faster than the other.
How do you release a new program AIMS with so many bugs ,it was a lot better prior to this. The concept is excellent but a lot more testing needed to be done before releasing,disappointed.
Map never work. Was told by dealer it's the apps issue and will be fix after all update. Never happen. Would be 4 star if map is working, when I can see where my mower is.
Love this app and the mower. I would just like to see full screen support for the new Samsung galaxy z 3 fold. If you guys fix this I will gladly give you 5 stars.
App didn't work for 2.5 months. Now it does again, except for the map. Don't know if it is my mower that is the problem rather than the app.
Great product really happy with the mower, but the app lack so may easy options it really limits the smart options. Can not start on demand in any zone for any set amount of time or any other real operational options. They choose to restrict you versus just leave all the options variable.
I have 2 robots and they are brilliant. My question is, Why does my smaller one, a 310, I think, cut long grass better than the larger one, a 430 ? The 430 sees a barrier, and stops and turns, the 310 slows d and keeps going. John Nolan
App not working properly our map has not updated for weeks of where the mower is on the lawn. Mower is great but a shame the app doesn't support it well
Very useful for controlling Automowers with the cellular connection. The latest update has put the Schedule back on the front page whereas the previous version required three clicks to get there. One thing I am confused by is, does my mower have Bluetooth or not? I would like to be able to drive the mower directly to a certain area of the lawn to do a spiral cut, say, and I think Bluetooth would let me do that, but I can't find the mower showing up in my list of available connections.
The mower control function is fine. The app also has an "Explore" option, with several presumably informative pages. But... BUT... The text on those pages is completely invisible on my phone. It might be grey on a black background, but the contrast is so poor I cannot even be sure of that. Please change the text to a clear contrast between text and background: good crisp deep black on a white background works best. Printers have used it for centuries. The phone is a current model OnePlus running Android 12.
