Decent to use. But you have to enter your 2fa every time you start the app. What's the point of including biometrics if I need to use them, close the app, and go find my 2fa code. Also can't easily copy text (phone numbers, addresses) out of ticket descriptions. Great otherwise

Everytime i change ticket status anymore i get a null pointer exception error. This app is useless, it has great potential though. Update, They have fixed the above mentioned issues and now the app is AMAZING!! Took awhile but it seems they got most of the bugs ironed out.

The app is feature rich but that's if it works the new update I thought would be better but now I can't send sand tickets I get "nullpointer Exception" anytime I try to save a ticket, change the status or update notes. This issue makes the app useless. Is there no QC at datto!?

Latest Dec 6 2021 update causes SSO login to take place through Samsung Internet browser on Samsung devices, despite having the default browser configured to Edge or Chrome. Samsung Internet browser has issues with the SSO login process and login fails. Other apps honor the default browser set in the Android system settings, why was this app changed to not honor that anymore?

Android experience is completely disregarded. Can't even log in. Even when I could it was faster to start a hotspot and pull out my laptop in the car.

The login experience is bad, but if you click cancel you can get back to enter your 2fa key. Once logged in, it actually works ok for me so far, but I admittedly haven't used it a lot because it has been such a bad experience prior to the recent update. Would really appreciate an app that is up to par with the competition. If I wasn't locked into another 2 years of contract, I'd be switching to a solution that actually puts a high priority on development. 21st century app is much needed!

This app is the downfall of the whole Autotask PSA system. I was keen to try the new release because the old one was so bad. This one is better but still basically unusable. It is so damn slow to load each page. Client and ticket pages often take more than a minute to load, and we get a pretty spinning logo while we wait. And god forbid you let your screen turn off, or switch apps, while entering a ticket time entry. All of your work notes, gone.

v2.0 = Lipstick on a pig. While there are some general UI improvents, the calendar is still as useless and buggy as it's always been. No week/month view, you still have to tediously move ahead/back one day at a time, when you edit an appointment the date/time adjustment buttons overlay on top of the set date/time fields, and there were zero updates to the UI in this section. And there's no dispatch calendar either. What a useless piece of garbage app.

Autotask wouldn't know what intuitive UI is, even if the mere concept of it materialized into the physical plane and blessed them with the collective knowledge of literally everyone else post 2010. Seriously, this app is absolutely attrocious to use. Just like the web portal! All I want to do is update my tickets without going to the ticket, edit, save, back, back, back (now at my queue), next ticket, repeat. This app is almost two years out of date. Cant wait to make the switch to Salesforce

Never worked perfect but, used to work okay. It seems that everytime this is updated it gets worse. Currently I cannot edit tickets, add notes or add time entries without getting an error and having to try again 2-4 times. Occasionally I cannot even open a ticket to look at it without encountering and error and having to force stop the app and start over.

I'm a huge fan of Datto/Autotask, but the new mobile app is a horrible let down. While I can appreciate the new look, unfortunately, the app has been rendered useless. It's buggy, errors out constantly and the performance is just unacceptable. Our team will need to use the browser while on the road instead. Candidly, I'd prefer the old, clunky look where the app actually worked. C'mon Datto-AT, I know you can do better...please correct this soon. Please.

App realy is not worth it. Can not navigate tockets for a support/help desk. And finaly it broke and I cant login anymore... as a helpdesk/supportdesk tool its just nog good.

edit 6/17/19 - congratulations. you updated the launch page but every other page within the app is still the old UI and same bugs. why even bother? biometric login is nice but that would never a problem of staying logged in the app in the first place. it's like the UI redesign team got to a certain point and quit original - hasnt been uodated since 2017. constant ui issues. have to turn the phone sideways to fix issues at times. iphone version is getting frequent updates but nothing for android.

The new ui and dashboard availability are wonderful. Unfortunately you made a buggy and temperament app totally unusable in the process. EVERY time I upload a file to a ticket I am presented with a login page. It times out all the time and presents the login screen, often fails to process updates or page requests and again presents logon screen. Justifiable but a nuisance that everytime you open the app now the need to login is needed whereas previously login was remembered. I cant add anymore

august update. app still time out too often goes from bad to worse. would be funny if this was a free app being developed by a kid in a garden shed. it is far from free. after the recent update I can now add a note to a ticket. big step forwards. the bad news is i cant stay logged in long enough to actually add a note. your session has timed out. log in again. then you have open sessions. why. log in and close them. how. what an exoensive mess. zero stars would be a compliment

Issues going to another app or minimizing it requires you to log back in thus losing what u had started. Sometimes it would go into a logon loop. Esp if i get a call while entering data I will lose that too. 2FA, unless u login to the web and set not expire for 24 hours, then when you leave for a sec it ask for OTP again. PITA! I contacted support and they said "I reviewed this with a Senior Specialist, and this behavior is actually anticipated. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience."

This app does not work. It seems to display a random segment of my task and ticket list and there is no way to scroll or otherwise move through the list. I hardly ever write an app review, but this is so shockingly awful and useless I felt it was my duty to share.

update the app again. newest update looks great in main page and main ticket page but when you open a ticket it goes back to the old app view and address to maps no longer works. fingerprint scanner stays on screen even after initial sign in, makes it terrible to navigate around or type.

This app is very buggy. The worst is because it hasn't been updated to support bigger screens or the newer OS as alot of new features cause the sign off portion to fail. Also it takes forever to do alot of things on the app due to its slow UI.

Although the Autotask platform is great in many ways, if you come to this page to consider the mobile app as part of your workflow, keep moving. Nothing here has changed other than cosmetically in 5+ years, and it wasn't usable back then...
